I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately they do not disclose common allergens in their food. I have a minor nut allergy, and I don’t tend to disclose it as usually it’s quite easy to manage/avoid. I ordered a brownie flurry and when I received it, my partner noticed a piece of nut in a brownie chunk. Thankfully, they noticed this before I took a bite. As well as this, my fries had a small hair in it that seemed to have been dropped in the fryer & fried, which put me off my food. If you/your loved ones have an allergy, please specify, as the employees will not specify for you or even ask if you have any allergies. When you serve this many families, I think it’s important to disclose allergens in your food like this and be honest about the risks of cross contamination. Disappointing, we will not be returning.
Fast and friendly service. Many flavors of soft serve, and even the classic vanilla is good! They also offer a reasonably priced pup cup with proceeds benefiting a dog rescue organization.
