I had the opportunity to check out Juche in East St. Paul, and it was amazing! This Korean restaurant is definitely serving up some great late-night eats. I tried the Bulgogi beef, which was okay, but I feel like it could've been better. It wasn't as sweet and marinated as I'm used to at other spots. However, their kimchi fried rice was really good with a nice spicy kick--definitely top-notch. The mac and cheese, which had kimchi in it as well, was another standout...

Probably the single best burger I’ve had in the Twin Cities and some of the best fried wings I’ve had in recent memory. Great service, interesting atmosphere… overall brilliant experience.

Get the glass noodles, you know the noods are good when your chopsticks stand up. Lived in SE Asia for two years and had no idea there was a place that could knock it out of the park five minutes away
