One of my favorite Twin Cities restaurants. The beet dish and the corn pancake are my favorite but I love just about everything especially the starters. Don't miss the fruit sorbet. It's exceptional. My cocktail with pepper and gin was perfect!

The ambience is lovely and the food is delicious! They offered plenty of vegan options and were able to easily accomodate substitutions without any issue.

This was our first experience at Crasqui and we were delighted. The menu had superb options and our server was helpful in selecting our orders. The food was delicious and we were quite pleased with each selection. We will definitely return to Crasqui.

It seems unfair to place a value on the Crasqui experience. I've had many meals here--dinner and brunch--with my women friends over the last several years, and the food, ambiance, and service has been consistently fantastic. The space is warm and calm: the floor is poured epoxy, the color of the ocean; the decor is reminiscent of a chic beachside veranda. The craft cocktails are stunning to look at and delicious--they deserve to be considered their own course. It's a place to consider for your special occasion, quick happy hour, or commitment to supporting small, dynamic, immigrant-and-women-owned businesses. Saturday night, I introduced my husband and 2 good friends to Crasqui. Everyone ordered different meals (mahi-mahi, goat bollitos, vegan bollitos, and the ribeye); and we shared two apps (cachapas and croquetas de chorizo), two sides (papas bravas and yuca sticks), and two desserts (affogato and cocotero). Each of us was over the moon about our meal. The friend who had the ribeye said it was the most memorable meal he's had in The Cities in the last couple of years. (He dines out several times a month and is an excellent cook in his own right.) The portions appear small when they're placed on the table, but they're exactly right. We all left the table feeling full and happy. The chef is fully engaged in every aspect of the restaurant. She's greeted us at the door, served us at Sunday brunch, polished the glassware behind the bar.... And she's also willing to accommodate food allergies (gluten, cilantro, and shellfish among my own dining companions). This restaurant is clearly a labor of love. Go.

When I tell you that Crasqui is a unique experience unlike any other, I mean it - it is the only Venezuelan fine dining restaurant in Minnesota, and one of three in the country. They are also the only Venezuelan rum bar in the Midwest.

The restaurant's design, as well as its dishes, are meant to pay homage to some of its islands. There is a gorgeous ocean blue floor in the main space, and the bathroom itself is a work of art. But enough about the atmosphere - let me tell you about the food and service.

Crasqui has long been on my list of restaurants to try, and I was eager to try as MUCH as possible. Per my server's recommendation, I enjoyed the rompe colchón - heaven in a bite. Don't be offput by its cold texture - its sweet, juicy, and accented with a spicy kick that's perfect even in the winter season! I also enjoyed the cachapa, also a recommendation, which is a delightful cheesy sweet corn pancake. Amazing textures and every bite is so comforting! I also enjoyed the chicharron, paired with a refreshing sauce, with crispy edges and a juicy center. Lastly for my main course I had the mochima: mahi-mahi served with crab, and a parmesan herb crust, in an absolutely delectable sauce. Had I not been so full at this point, I would have eaten the rest of this sauce with a spoon. I wish I had left room for dessert, but I regret nothing. Every bite was THAT delectable.

Crasqui is reservation only right now, but they will let you in super quickly! I didn't have to wait long at all.

We were greeted warmly by the staff, and once seated, the server efficiently explained the menu and the portion size of the appetizers. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and quiet enough to be able to talk. The cocktails were amazing, creative, beautiful, and delicious. All of the food was outstanding, and not too unfamiliar. I heartily recommend enjoying this restaurant.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. Food is so original and well prepared. Make sure you get the Croquetas de Chorizos. The Chorizo sausage is not spicy, which I think sometimes overpowers the actual taste of the sausage. Not so here...just the right amount of spice, so the actual flavors shines through. Service is phenomenal, and loved chatting with the owner, who stopped by the table to check in on us. We've four or five times now, and we'll definitely put it on our list of go-to restaurants!

What a gem of a restaurant! We had an absolutely incredible meal and the service was 10/10. Half of our group was vegan, half not, and everyone raved about their food. Their menu is thoughtfully labeled for people with dietary restrictions and offered a variety of (delicious!) vegan options, which was appreciated. It felt like a fine-dining experience, but loved that it was an inviting atmosphere that didn’t feel at all stuffy or pretentious. We can’t wait to come back!

This was one of my more favorable restaurant experience. I went with a friend who I was visiting, at his suggestion. They didn't miss. The food was incredible and the service was superb. We tried many of the appetizers (which I highly recommend). I will definitely come back the next time I visit.

The price point was significantly inflated for what it was. The restaurant is a pretty fast casual feel in a strip mall/apartment type building. The food was hit or miss. The sea bass flavor was great but way overcooked.
