Our server was not very pleasant. There was no actual bartender on duty so my drink was made poorly and was tiny and I was charged 14 dollars for it. Not worth it. We had a feast for four which included bread, Caesar salad, fettuccini Alfredo, chicken parmesan and the bruschetta appetizer. The bread and salad were delicious. The fettuccini was a bit al dente for my taste and the chicken parmesan was thin and underwhelming. One of my coworkers ordered a tap beer and it came flat and warm. We sent it back. The restaurant was dated and not very clean. I could smell the carpet and the lamp at our booth was filthy and dusty. We won't be returning. We had the chance to go to DeGidios that evening and my coworkers chose Buca...wrong call.

Slow night. Had reservations at 7:30pm for 13 and only two other tables were occupied. Thus the noise level was low. Jesus was our server and did a wonderful job. The only complaint I have is that they did not have any soup. One member in our party has dietary needs and soup met that requirement. That was a major disappointment since it was on your menu.

I had never been there and was surprised at the way food was served--family style. I didn't like that because everyone had to agree on what to eat . So we ordered more than we needed to accommodate 5 people, and it got very expensive. The decor was very interesting, but I wouldn't go back.

This was a great place to celebrate a college graduation. Chicken parmigiana and the quatro el forno were amazing but so was the rest of the food.

We came to your restaurant yesterday to celebrate our anniversary and were looking forward to a nice evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Shortly after we were seated, our server brought us warm bread with olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and butter. It looked great at first, and we both started eating. After several bites, I realized the bread had mold on it. I had already eaten most of my piece before noticing, which was really upsetting and made me feel sick to my stomach. I still don't know how I missed it at first, but once I noticed, I couldn't unsee it. When our pizza arrived, it was brought by a different server. I mentioned the moldy bread to him, and all he said was “OK” before taking the basket away. He didn't apologize, ask any follow-up questions, or acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. His response felt careless and dismissive. Later, our original server Linda returned to check on us. I told her what happened, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. She apologized multiple times and said she would take care of the bill for us, which we appreciated. However, my boyfriend decided to pay the full amount of $26.37 anyway, because we didn't want to feel like we were getting something for free or cause a bigger scene. This was supposed to be a special night, but the moldy bread and lack of response from the second server really impacted our experience. I also felt uneasy knowing I had eaten mold without realizing it right away. We're sharing this feedback not to complain, but in hopes that it helps improve food quality control and staff communication. Thank you to Linda for her kindness, but we hope the overall experience can be taken seriously and used to make sure this doesn't happen to other guests.

As usual Buca's did not disappoint! Great fresh food and an excellent server! The atmosphere is great! Highly recommend Buca's to anyone wanting great Italian Food!

Our waitress, Liberty was very nice and pleasant. She gave us plenty of time to look at the menu and decide on our order.

Had a wonderful dinner with my sister and my husband at this restaurant. They are very good, especially when it comes to blindness etiquette, because I have a service dog. They put us in a place where he could rest comfortably, and we were also comfortable so that I could thoroughly enjoy my dinner without him Being in the way, or me worrying about that. The food was excellent! We had the chicken Parmesan, and a side of broccoli with garlic, crushed red pepper, and pecorino Romano cheese. The service was great, prompt, and courteous. The drinks were also wonderful as well. The Joe's old-fashioned is one I would definitely recommend, along with the red sangria. Desserts? Get the cannoli! Just like it says in the godfather, keep the cannoli! Hands-down, the best dessert they have there. Definitely looking forward to going back in the summer months, and loving the fun, casual, and happy atmosphere of this place. 

As usual, the service and food was wonderful. Our waiter Adam is always amazing and is very attentive and nice.

Great place!! We had an amazing server he did a great job we had a party of over 20 and he was so so good!! Food was amazing also and the environment was very unique in a very good way!

Our server was phenomenal! We had a large party, most of which had never been to a Buca before. We chose the appetizers, salad and meals right away to keep the food coming at a pace so we didn't fill up and have to wait! They sang Happy Birthday to my mother in law and made her feel very important. She was so excited, felt so special. The whole crew did an amazing job. We had a soda spill, and no one got upset... This was very important to me. The whole experience was delightful! The bruschetta is to die for, per usual... The pizza and alfredo were scrumptious. The salad stole the show, which really surprised me. Thank you, Buca!!! We will be back!

Service was great at the start but then after we got our entrée, I found a long strand of hair in my food, it took the waiter some time to finally check in. By that time my food was cold, no drinks refilled, and I lost my appetite, Was there with my fiancee for Valentine's Day but they continued to ignore our table so we got out of there asap. One of the worst dinners I've had.

They gave us a Sundae in place of the cannolis per our request for the same price as a Valentine's Day excuse. It was delicious and wonderful

We had Javen for the second time as our server. Can't say how lucky we were. He is outstanding in everyway. We will make sure we request him on our next visit. Great service and great food. We asked to speak to the manager to inform her that Javen goes above and beyond satisfy guest. Thank you the Jackson's

Top notch service and the food was spaced out in delivery so as not to crowd the table. We were not rushed as we lingered while chatting over dessert. Highly recommend this location for any event or meal.
