We had a large group for a big celebration. Our waiter was nice but didn't check on us, refill drinks, we needed other things and he was nowhere. Had to finally find the manager so we could get drinks filled and another order of a dish for food. It kind of ruined the celebration excitement and felt bad for my guests I invited.
Went for Thanksgiving. The dining room was sooo cold, we were rather uncomfortable throughout our meal. I suspect they were having heating problems, as space heaters were set up in some places. The food was fine. Not great, not bad. The turkey was warm, not hot, when served, so it turned cold very fast. Pie was meh. Service was excellent, very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Ambiance was festive and would have felt cozy had it not been so cold!
I ate there last night with my sister, nephew and niece. The service was excellent and timely and the chicken picatta was served hot and was very tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts however, were cold. A bit disappointed in that but will probably go back sometime. When we do, we'll make sure to request these dishes be served hot.
