Staff stated that it was a "new policy," even though I told them the coupon was generated by the app today. Other Culver's locations do not have an issue with accepting coupons!

They didn't ask me if I wanted the ice cream now. Why would I want the ice cream later if I'm driving through? They told me I would have to park then go inside to get the ice cream. That makes no sense. If I'm in the drive-through, I shouldn't have to go inside to the ice cream.
Very nice counter and in seating restaurant. Staff are welcoming and provide a nice service. Prices are very decent. Won’t get these prices across that river in Minneapolis.

Got 3 meals, forgot ALL THREE orders of fries. Went back and they only gave me 2 of the three orders of fries. I get mess ups but how do you mess up 2x in 10 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE

Food was good, just as expected from here, but every time I come here, I have to wait like 10 min for my food in the drive through. Was nice they brought it to my car, but was not fast.
