Food was good, but they made the concrete mixer wrong AND forgot our cheesecurds. I shouldn't have to correct an order twice that was only fries, cheese curds, and ice cream ?♀️ never got our cheesecurds

I wasn't feeling good today so I decided to go get my boys dinner from Culver's on university in St Paul, MN. I had a coupon for buy one get one. I ordered 2 deluxe value baskets. My total before the coupon was 24.45 with tax. they charged me 17.46 after the discount was supposedly applied. that's not buy one get one. They only took off according to three different employees 6 dollars That's the BOGO deal I was told. But that isn't what the coupon said. I asked for corporate number he called the manger instead and they spoke Spanish the entire time so I have no idea what they were taking about so I'm the meantime while 3 different employees came to speak with me and then the one whom called the manger. My food was sitting getting cold, I just left. Without a refund for the overcharge. me.The food was cold by the time I got home which isn't far. The issue wasn't resolved. I asked several times to get refunded the amount owed they said the receipt is correct. The price for the meal is 15. When my receipt says 10.89. I will be calling a corporate tomorrow morning and a few other people about this. They don't even deserve 1start.

This Culver's is on University Ave, St Paul, by the Metro.So no pkg on University at this area.Kid-friendliness: All Culver's restaurants are open space, and kid- friendly.
