homeless outside asking for cash, cashier talking to co-workers while taking my order and payment, didn't acknowledge that the transaction was completed. Not my usual experience at a Culver's but I rarely go to St. Paul.

My first time having Culvers and I went with the fish sandwich. For me, it was the best fast food fish sandwich I have had. The French fries are above average, and the service was very friendly.

Food is great except the cheese curds. They’re pretty disappointing. Very salty, barely any cheese and don’t like the breading. Everything else is good. Great service and clean restaurant.
