I am avid travel and pass through this airport very often, I can say I have never been treated this way by a restaurant staff. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff were incredibly rude and unwilling to help. One of the customs options was cream cheese but didn’t opt to pick a choice of flavor. I asked the gentleman if you can choose your choice and he said “ well yeah that what choosing means” I explained the system you order from doesn’t give you an option to pick the cream cheese flavor. After I received my bagel it was missing the sausage. I spoke to the same man and explained I was confused about my order. He continued to give a horrible attitude that even someone next to me was shocked by the way he was speaking to me. I told him I don’t appreciated his attitude as I was just trying to get what I paid for (18$ for a bagel with egg and sausage) The bagels was so full of cream cheese it made it soggy to the point of being inedible. Traveling can be a stressful event and I am aware of the over priced food options at an airport, but a little kindness and respect goes along way. Will never order food from this establishment again and will spread the word for others to not do so as well.

Should have read the reviews before I paid around $19 for a burger and fries. The fries were frozen crinkled fries that were barely warm. The burger was supposed to have caramelized onions, cheese, mushrooms and garlic aioli. It was overcooked and dry with no onions and I couldn’t taste the aioli. Skip this pkace.

I ordered impossible burger and cheese curds. Burger and fries were cold, there literally was one lettuce leaf, nothing else. Good thing I added avocado for $2. The cheese curds were overcooked, all cheese has spilled and I was left with only shells. Took awhile to get the food too, though only 1 other customer. Anyway, $40 down the drain, the worst experience ever with food. Avoid.

Worst place to buy food at the airport. This regular burger was $19 and it came with no ketchup, lettuce, tomato, etc. I didn’t even ask for them to take anything off. The ketchup dispenser was not working, so I was stuck with this. Horrible customer service towards everyone. Stay away.

This is a great place from my experience. Was slightly expensive but that’s to be expected in the airport. Good selection of sandwiches, I chose the fried chicken sandwich and fries which was amazing??The service was great although a little slow (15 minutes) but was fine because only one person was making the food. Would definitely go back! As far as all the negative 1 star reviews I don’t know what to say, my review was posted since a lot of 1 star reviews so maybe they improved. Possibly I caught them on a good day but the people were nice and the fries had salt and the food was not undercooked and my order came exactly as I wanted it so yea, in my experience it was legit ??

Don't eat here! Chicken tenders are really chicken thighs. They were totally burnt. Rude employee thought they were fine. He did agree to replace with something else. Not a pleasant experience at all...staff not helpful.

Ordered my food via the electronic kiosk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Finally ask about my sandwich, and they said they never received my order, even tho I paid and had my receipt. It was now after 10:30am, and they said they no longer could make my sandwich because it was after breakfast hours. My flight was boarding so I had to leave without my order. Absolutely zero care from the 2 gentleman working.

I had a custom burger which is cooked on a griddle served with a side of fries. Wait was short. Payment card reader was down so I had to use another kiosk. The meat patty was ok, not much flavor. Produce was decent. Fries are common crinkle fries and the portion was okay. Needs a good seasoning salt or dipping sauce. Total with tax and airport fee was $19. Expensive for a basic burger but it's in the airport, so.
