They're trying to stay aboard due to raising rent and people can't afford to pay ? $ 5.00 a child because most of the children are lo ked up or there parents are dead or locked up on the governments plantation.

A true neighborhood soft-serve shop. The kind I grew up with, and the Earl Street Dairy Queen is as good as they come. Nothing fancy, but you'll love it.
