They're trying to stay aboard due to raising rent and people can't afford to pay ? $ 5.00 a child because most of the children are lo ked up or there parents are dead or locked up on the governments plantation.
Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.
Shoutout to the awesome gal who was super friendly andddd made my blizzard extra delicious! I mentioned that I really liked the wafer pieces so they added extra on top. Made my night, thank you! Would recommend this location based off my experience!
