employees are very nice its just that it’s extremely understaffed

This Dairy Queen is very hit or miss. Some days, like today, my burgers are like burnt bricks and are stale like they’ve sat out for days. Other days, they are fine. Sometimes the ice cream tastes almost spoiled. Only one person on staff knows how to add reward points to the account. The rest say they can’t, even when I give my phone number, so I can never get the rewards.
I will not be back after the terrible burger today.

Got a six piece chicken tender meal and only got 5 pieces, like 7 fries and they forgot the gravy. Kinda mad since it was like 13 bucks and idk how you could mess my small order up unless you just don’t care…

My favorite Dairy Queen. Friendly staff, drive thru, and they give my pup a little cup of ice cream every time I go through the drive thru. VERY friendly staff, especially for fast food. Always a great experience.
