Waited 40 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and french fries. NO other customers were there. No excuse. Also paid for large fry and received small fry in large fry box. Cheeseburger was burned. Didn't realize until after I left. I started with good mood, and ended with very bad one. It got worse as I complained. When I asked what was taking so long, young lady said they were cleaning. That's when I yelled. I got there a little after 8. They close at 10.

What do you call an ice cream place that closes early in summer and doesn't have ice cream? Dairy Queen on Ford Parkway! You're better off gambling on the ice cream machines that never work at that Scottish restaurant.I gave it another year and tried again. We were the only customer at noon on a Saturday. Our food was both incomplete and incorrect. How can a location this close to corporate headquarters be this terrible? What does that say about other locations?

Was picking up door dash order and the employee at the front counter was more focused on being on FaceTime than helping customers. Witnessed her flipping the person she had on the phone off as well. Not professional and I would never order from this Dairy Queen and I’m prayer that we don’t have any orders from this location again.

Please train your employees on how to make blizzards the correct way; ensuring there are candy, cookie, etc. pieces from top to bottom. It's very disappointing when the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 of it is white ice cream! If I wanted white ice cream I'd order white ice cream.

AFTER coming for the first time I looked at the reviews and was not surprised by the negative reviews/comments written about this location. I just moved over here and EVERYTHING has been exceptional EXCEPT THIS PLACE! Horrible! I feel bad because I picked this place for a meeting ??♀️??♀️

I’d give zero stars if I could. ordered a custom cake for my wife’s birthday through the mobile platform that was confirmed and ordered WELL in advance (about 4 days when their website notes at least 48 hours). Upon arrival at the store I was told my cake order was nowhere to be found and I had to call the “Bloomington store” as that’s where the cakes are made. Ridiculous. Now not only do I not even know which specific store to call as well as but the employees at the location were absolutely clueless. You just lost a customer for good..

It's been 3 or 4 years since we last were here with another bad experience (we decided to try again). We ordered 2 oreo hot cocoa blizzards and one chocolate dipped cone. We were informed that they were out of oreos and the dipped machines didn't work and all had to order other items. We also stood a few minutes waiting for an employee to help use when we first got there. There was nobody around.

This DQ is always struggling. I suggest the Drive Thru, even if the line of cars looks long. Line inside will also be long and moves slower - and everyone in line gets grumpy so the atmosphere is tense. At least in your car you can wait in peace! I keep hoping they will get in a good groove but it's always chaotic and slow.

I love DQ but this location is the worst. On multiple occasions, I’ve gone after 7pm and had to leave the drive through without ordering because of wait times and lack of communication. I understand it may be understaffed but the issues are consistent and could be managed better. I keep trying bc I love DQ and want to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Go to the Dairy Queen at Minnehaha or on Portland instead.

Absolutely filthy trashed restaurant. No idea when the last time the tables were wiped or the trash was taken out. No idea if it's new owners but let it be known, the current staff does not know a thing about customer service or how to behave in front of people. Totally the nastiest DQ I have ever set foot in. Please, owners of this DQ, secret shop your store ; you will see what I say is true. Just all around gross. Wiped my feet off when I left!
