These are by far my favorite macarons of all time. I’ve tried many macarons from different vendors and bakers and these has got to be the best in terms of flavor and texture. The shells are not cakey and definitely have the right consistency. And the flavors and buttercream are perfection. The buttercream is not too sweet to over power the flavor. And the buttercream is so airy; almost cream cheese like. I also need to add that the flavors are so delicious. Every flavor and new flavor taste as intended. Best flavors in my opinion: mango, raspberry, strawberry cheesecake, birthday cake chocolate and hazelnutty!!!
