If I could give this place zero stars I would’ve done it. I’m in Ramadan and we’re in the last few nights so we pray pretty late from like 3am-4:30am depending on which mosque you’re at. I ordered my food at 4:03am to give myself some cushion so it could be ready for when I arrived. After prayer was done I arrived at the restaurant around 4:40 am and waited at the counter for a few minutes before the host came. I told him that I had a to-go order and he responded “It’s not ready yet”. I told him that I placed the order like 40 minutes ago and how could it not be ready, the place wasn’t even busy there were only 4 customers that were already served. The host responded with “The cooks are almost done with your order and that they’ll bring it to you shortly”. Once the cooks finished up the food the host realized it wasn’t mine but rather the other customers, at this point I was a bit frustrated because I was looking forward to eating the food before the morning prayer which is around 5:15 am today. I had a friend come in shortly after me and didn’t place his order online because no one answered the phone at this restaurant and he was afraid that they were closed. The host then realized that the cooks didn’t have my ticket on them and said that they’d be making it right now, when I heard that I completely lost it and told the host to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The host was rude and condescending and said we can’t issue refunds right now and that you'll have to contact Denny’s later. I told him to reimburse me via cash and he said no. At this point, I lost it and left that restaurant before things took a turn for the worse because I was extremely pissed and drove home without food. I hope the owner or GM of this restaurant reads this review and gets better handling of his night crew because this is unacceptable. Thanks to the host and cooks in the back for wasting my time and for having me drive to this place and walk out with nothing.

I have NEVER had such awful service in my life. The young little brunette server that was working April 7, 2024 at around 12:30am is the single most incompetent human being I have interacted with in my life. It took her 20 minutes to bring us drinks (water, no less) then she didn’t bring over half our food and didn’t even notice that she forgot everything except one meal. When asked where the rest of the food was she acted confused, then brought out two raw eggs on a plate and said it was the American slam and asked me what was wrong with it when I told her that wasn’t even close to what we ordered. I never actually got my meal other than cold dead eggs she clearly just found in the back and tossed on a plate. Talking to her was like trying to talk to a brick wall. She had no idea what she was doing, never once apologized or offered new food, never once got us a refill, and acted shocked when I said I wasn’t paying for the food I never got. This girl should never work in the service industry and I’ve never been so angry and frustrated about bad service. I’m a server and bartender myself so I’m very understanding towards other restaurant employees but this girl was AWFUL and should be fired immediately and never work in the industry again.

Waited 45 minutes for cold bland food. The sausages I received as a side looked very unappetizing. Might I also say one of the waiters commented about the "noon rush" but the restaurant was nearly empty.

I am an 18 year old man on my way to deployment, and the server had the AUDACITY to refer to me and brother as “ladys” as well as call my girlfriend “sir”. This service was disgustingly inadequate. Our server left half way through our meal and left us without our bill long after finishing our subpar meals. Mac and Cheese also looked alien. Would not come back.

I ordered a country fried steak breakfast. The waitress handed me a plate of it fully cooked and ready to go!! ... without any country gravy to go with it. (There are many possible miscommunications on the staff for that to happen... ) She apologized, and made it right on the check. Mistakes happen. It's up to all of us to be understanding. I'll be back.
No, definitely, today I felt very bad because it took them a long time to serve my food and also they still didn't serve me my food when they already brought me the bill or nooooo today I felt very uncomfortable because for me it is the first time that this has happened to me but in the end they made up for it in not charging me the bill but I don't know what it is, they made me feel very bad

We came here expecting it was going to be open but there was a post a note saying that their short staffed and that it closes at 10:00. Very disappointing. Do not come to this establishment if it's later than 10:00, Google should fix the timing as well.
