Yesterday was our first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the high quality meal and fine drinks and with the decent cost. We will absolutely go back there again.

I use Dickey's for our corporate training events and they are phenomenal. They provide great customer service - Tom is so much fun to work with! There are great options for all types of eaters (gluten free, dairy free, etc.) and the portion sizes are ideal. The food is delicious and always good quality!

Wow! I was going to try your food tonight, but so many bad reviews, think I'll pass. Seems there needs to be some major improvements with quality control and customer service. I'll stick with Famous Daves, never an issue and service is over and beyond.

It was ok, for $15 I got a pulled pork sandwich and a side with a piece of cornbread which was spendy. The food was ok but nothing noteworthy and for that price I will most likely not return

The food here has always been great, but since the remodel the service has become outstanding. Tue gentlemen working tonight came by and made sure everything was good. Not often seen in a place without wait staff.

The employees didnt understand us couldnt get our order right and forgot to give my kid his mac and cheese. They couldn't even figure out how to use gift cards paid 20 dollars out of pocket when I had 25 dollars on a gift card for a 30 dollar order.
Overall quality of the food was not great, service was quick and friendly however the food quantity was way less than what it was priced for

I have never received such horrible service and food in my entire life. The staff and food and service was the worst I have ever experienced. Made it very clear we would never return as well as let others know how extremely dissatisfying this location is.

Amazing BBQ is all I have to say. Walked in expecting they would have fried okra. But that's not a side they had. So I choose from the sides. They only had 3 out of I think 6 sides. I think I'll drive to the North Branch Dickeys if I want okra. Otherwise here for close BBQ.
