Ding tea’s Tea is good but their customer service needs Work with a capital W. The person/cashier who was at the counter yelled at me rudely. It was my first time at Ding Tea so naturally I took some time to think and order. I did not get her name, but she should find work somewhere else if she doesn’t figure out how to be service minded and treat customers with respect. Not raving about the good bubble tea drinks when the customer service sucks. Train the staff so they know how to work with customers. We are paying you. You’re not paying us to be a good customer.

My fiancée and I work near this boba spot. They have a variety of drinks which I usually get milk teas or the Honey Sweets! I would say that other locations I know does not make golden bobas unlike Ding tea. There have been a few times where we would come in a little close to closing time but some of the employees are very nice about it! I don’t know if she is the owner but there is a very kind lady who knows our orders and that makes me happy. :-)

We visited on a very hot day and ordered two drinks. The service was very slow (approx. 20 min), despite less than 10 customers in the store. I can't speak to whether that's typical or not. Compared to the dozen or so other Bubble Tea places we've tried, this place had underwhelming flavors and was priced higher.
