We visited on a very hot day and ordered two drinks. The service was very slow (approx. 20 min), despite less than 10 customers in the store. I can't speak to whether that's typical or not. Compared to the dozen or so other Bubble Tea places we've tried, this place had underwhelming flavors and was priced higher.

Ding Tea has my favorite fruit tea in the Twin Cities! My personal favorite is the mulberry black tea with crystal boba, at 50% sweetness. The staff are always kind and service is fast, even when busy. The quality is consistent each time I visit.
Out all the boba tea shops in Minnesota, this one is my favorite for their milk teas. I enjoy their classic, jasmine, and oolong milk teas. The aroma and taste of the tea is strong, and adding boba and grass jelly is my favorite combo. Also, they are very consistent in their drink making.

My personal favorites are the Yakult mixed with fruit. The Strawberry Yakult, Mango Yakult, and Peach Yakult are my favorites on a warm day. Try the Star Fruit jelly add-ins.
