I went in today at 6:50pm to order some food. Placed my order as I’m paying I notice not one person making pizzas or packing pizzas is was wearing gloves. No one was wearing gloves. They were super nice but ick. I called and canceled my order I did not even go back in because I did not want to make a scene. I did take a video. Nasty. Than I called and they have had me on hold for 20 mins now waiting to talk to a manager. Ick you guys don’t order from this location nasty nasty nasty . Don’t believe me look up the camera at that time.

Worst dominos!!! The staff here has no concept of customer service. They’ll lie to you about the wait time just to tell you that your pizza isn’t even ready!!! I wish I could them negative rating. I had the worst experience at dominos here.

I was double charged for a delivery order I placed online. The next day I called and the employee could see this double charge on his screen and told me to wait a few days for a refund of one of the charges. It never happened so I stopped at the location and unfortunately they only keep records for 2 months so I will never get a refund.

Wait on the phone forever. Drive in and five guys are slow as molasses. I could personally work faster than those 5. I'm calling corporate. Red savoy or little oven pizza is better near east Saint Paul. And i'm talking both domino's locations
I was on the phone with this white dude ! And he just hangs up the phone while me ordering .

The last pizza I ordered the gentleman told me he forgot my pop and he was going to give me a free pizza instead. He just never brought anything. I never got the pop and I paid for it and everything and I left a review and never got a response. This was like months ago Now I did a survey on how was I happy and I said the same things but nothing ever came of it. So I stop ordering. He lied to me. He said he will give me a free piece of because he forgot my two liter pop. That shouldn't have been my fault and it didn't keep his word

I just picked up my order from this location and this is the best it's ever been! I drive out of my way to go to this location because the staff are nice and I've had too many bad experiences at the one on white bear Ave!!!!! Keep up the good work guys!
