I understand being short staffed but if it’s to the point you can’t even run a business then shut it down. Been waiting almost four hours for my food and tried to call the store but no one picked up after waiting 25 minutes on the phone. I can’t even get a refund, just a free pizza credit that I’m certainly not going to use, because it would be pointless. Enjoy my money.

I came in and ordered my food at 5:15pm and was told there would be a 10 minute wait… 25 minutes later I ask about my order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes 20 minutes after that it’s “oh the oven takes 6 minutes so that’s when your food will be ready” I keep asking why is it more then an hour wait and there is no reason given mind you it was not busy when I placed my order. I even asked why are they placing tickets in front of mine and completing other orders before mine and I was told that’s how their system work. There are 9 employees here and it’s still terrible! After waiting more then an hour they had my pizza sitting for more then 40 min and gave it to me out the warmer but it was cold my pizza was stiff and I said this to them before leaving but these are the people dominoes hires. Fire everyone and get new staff that actually do their job right! I will NEVER come back here again!!

Ordered online. It was very easy food. Got to my house in about 30 minutes which is great for timing. I ordered dinner late so I was very happy.
Egregious wait times, incredibly disrespectful staff, takes hours to get an order delivered. So disappointing.

Was called by delivery driver that pizza was arriving...waited in hotel lobby for said delivery....nothing came! App stated pizza was delivered. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Nothing. Called the store directly. They couldn't understand why I didn't receive my delivery but agreed to put my order thru again. After another hour, and 20 minutes after the tracker said my pizza was delivered, it arrived. To much frustration to deal with, with a sub par pizza and delivery service. Never again!

With the other reviews I was a little hesitant to order from this location, but I did and it was as good as other dominos locations I love. My delivery driver was quick and nice, and even made sure to remember my dipping cups which other locations have forgotten. I will definitely order here again, and reccomend it to

Food was cold upon delivery. Food was sub-par. Delivery took a half hour from the time that the driver left the store (we live less than six blocks from the store). The driver was rude and incoherent. I feel that the driver took his time and visited his friends before delivering the order. On top of that the order was incomplete / missing items.This particular Dominos needs to do better.
Wish zero stars was an option! Ordered online. Email says 35-50 mins for delivery. Store isn't even a mile away. Here it is almost 2 hours now and never got anything.

GUYS! I came up with a solution… a little late but here it is:IF YOU ARE OPTING FOR DELIVERY: go through Postmates. There is only one driver pulling through for these orders. I waited 50 mins for my delivery & called the store. That’s when they told me they only had one driver :( yes I am very hangry but everyone is very low staffed these days so please be kind! YOURE KILLIN IT BRIAN!UPDATE: Piper… gworl. Y’all should’ve called me if y’all didn’t have pineapples. I KNOW you have my number. But here I am eating my lil ham on my pizza after almost an hour of waiting.

The staff here seemed pretty great. The pizza itself though? Likely the worst I've ever had. I dunno what Dominos has done but their cheese has been gritty & gross for years, I was trying again to see if it had improved. Nope sure hasn't.
