Very good place to order pizza, but in the end it got complicated with the man who delivered it to me because he left half of the order, I kindly told him not to worry that I was expecting it, but well it took between 20 minutes and I got a lot more worried all because I had some missed calls from here and I thought he had already come, so I called back and spoke with a person who speaks Spanish (thank you for having someone with whom I can communicate) the problem is that apparently he was already coming but well I didn't know, so I imagine they caught his attention and when he called me to tell me that he had what was missing from my order, he was quite rude and left it on the floor for me even though my recommendation strictly said that it should be in my hands, because I I don't trust leaving things like that (I understand that he could have gotten angry but I could have done it too when I realized that my order had not arrived complete and I didn't do it) my recommendation is only to improve that part of the service because I didn't like feeling bad because wanting for MY order to arrive and worry about my money, I also thank the woman who attended to me and handed me to the boy who speaks Spanish and to him too because he collaborated and helped me

Best Dominos pizza I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, the food was super good and cooked to perfection on 9.30.24.
Delivery driver dropped my food off at my neighbors, which was fine as I shared some with them.
Kudos to the team on 9.30.24 from 5pm onward (ordered in the evening), if you keep making them like that, I’ll be ordering more!

The pizza we ordered from east side hillcrest was horrible, no sauce, dry ingredients - overcooked. We read the reviews which weren’t great, but decided maybe we’d get lucky, disappointed to say the least. Each Domino's are different, recently had one from over in the Como area and it was delicious, fresh ingredients, same for Inver Grove Heights. Thanks.

My Pizza was missing toppings, was NOT cut & it was cold. I order online, for a pick up, I got there when the tracker said "ready" made me wait close to 30mins. Was told to speak with a manager the next day which I did called the next day & Spoke to the Assistant manager, he was rude over the phone, I asked to please not talk to me that way since I was just voicing my concerns (keep in mind this is not the first time this has happened, I just never complained in the past) all he said was "it will be ready in 15mins" & hang up the phone, I wanted my money back since I'm NOT at home. He didn't gave me his name, I am taking my business elsewhere since I was treated poorly by an "assistant manager" I just want my money back! I'm NEVER going back to this location!

This location is very small and has high traffic making it a bit of a hassle to park however the food was made well and the people were friendly.
Order nhas been made for 2 hours. Called in just to be told that they're low staff, however, didn't even get an apology. So I cancelled the order. Find a different delivery place because THIS AIN'T THE ONE.
Service provided by the staff is completely unacceptable. I was placed on a "brief hold" spent 15 minutes waiting. Which would have been fine if they had been short staffed or busy with other customers. When I got there, still on hold mind you there wasn't any one else there and both employees on duty were just standing there. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different location.

Love how the lady working tried telling me I couldn't place an order in store and hour before they close. Thankfully I had placed the order online for pick up. Customer service is very poor, the employee working the register was completely incompetent, and super rude. Would not recommend at all.

Workers there between 5 -730pm weekdays are nasty ? don't wash there hands, come from outside and go straight to making food. Lady manager is a poor, unprofessional she doesn't wash or care if they don't either. Don't buy. Pizza cold and look like it been sitting, please order While you there, May come off better.
