They left my pizza outside a different apartment building ,on the public mailbox, in freezing weather, when I paid with card and only could tip with cash. They didnot call or text the number i had on the app. A lady and a kid knocked on my door and said they read the receipt and wanted to deliver it bc she saw them just leave it. Just know that if you pay with card and don't tip with the card they will not bother delivering ur pizza.

Delivery was prompt and pizza was fine. But what is going on with this "pepperoni" cheese bread? I understand the term pepperoni can be singular but is that really the intent of this item? Feels a bit purposeful like yeah you know I ordered pepperoni but you ain't getting but one! Does the sausage pizza have one sausage in the center?

This is old.. I may have been too upset to post it. I ordered a pizzas online. You then get the email to watch for when it's done... I waited until about 10 minutes left and left for the store. Got there and had to wait....wait.. wait.. A woman walked in... a drivers sister. They hand her a couple pizzas and she leaves. I wait another five minutes & ask where my pizzas are that should be done by now? The guy starts looking around and asking... The drivers sister? He gave her my pizzas!!! So now...I have to wait about another half hour since I first ordered my pizzas for them to make new ones!!! Not a single employee offered an apology. No sort of...here's a coupon for something next time since we were ignorant. A couple months later I wanted pizza again but another one had opened @ Rice/Larpenteur so I thought I'd go to that one. I walk in... same cashier that had given away my pizzas at the other store. So I don't trust that sore now either. I get angry just thinking about this whole situation again. How nonchalant and all three were unapologetic they were that I waited nearly two hours for pizza due to their mistake. Like it was no big deal. Sorry Domino's .... on occasion I miss your pizza or the toasted chicken sandwich. Like I lead with... this was awhile ago so maybe they have replaced these employees? But I'm not about to find out.

We're in there today waiting for my order for a 1/2. An hour still wasn't done, so I'm trying to ask questions to the employee seems to be only one there at the moment. Not wearing gloves moving like a smell. Then another guy comes out greasy. Long hair sloppy looking rude as hell. I want his job he needs to be

This location completely failed to meet my lowest expectations. First of all, service was poor and very weird. The guy handed me a box and pointed to a spot on the box without saying anything. It was the spot that mentioned tipping for delivery. I must have looked at him weird because he looked where he was pointing and then moved his finger to my name and asked, "is this you?" That was the end of our conversation. I got home and it got worse. My pizza was missing the two garlic sauces we paid for, it didn't appear to have extra cheese, it was cold (I showed up within the correct window and live a mile away), and was wet/undercooked.Please contact me, refund my money, and train your employees. I know it's an entry-level job, but there is some level of effort required at any job.

Literally never going here again. Just go to a different store atp ???. You'll probably get better service without your order being cancelled.

Very disrespectful and distasteful and very unorganized when it comes to giving out the right order and the pizza was burned distasteful and when I got it it was cold as an ice cube and refused to honor my request to make a new fresh

Horrible. I ordered a pizza it took them 4 hours to get it to me. 4 hours ! Drove to store to try to pick it up. Had doors locked and won't answer phone calls or acknowledge I'm at the door. Poor service and poor employees

Earned a free pizza of course I was extra! Chicken, bacon, ranch, onions and spinach with xtra cheese ? Ordered it for pickup on my way home. I waited in the parking lot and got that text and went right on in! As you can see they definitely understood the assignment ?

For chain pizza, it's one of the best Domino's locations I've tried. Fast and tasty, and the staff is friendly!

This location USE to be awesome! Always hot and fresh. Amazing balance of toppings. But it's like lately it has gone down. Like tonight in fact. I ordered 2 pizzas. And it was like they used the marinara dipping cup half for one and the rest for the other. My 2 year old wouldn't even eat it. My niece only had a slice because my daughter was waiting to eat until she sat down with her. They were nice and sent new pizzas but it's definitely a reminder on why I cook more than order out.
