I drove up to the drive-theu today, an hour before closing and the ladies inside not only didn't say anything on the speaker that they were closing an hour before the time posted on their website and door, as I parked to walk in, they walked out and didn't even have the decency to address me as a customer that they were closing earlier than they were supposed to. That's extremely unprofessional. They lost a loyal customer. I'll be getting my coffee at a more professional location moving forward.

You will always get your order faster at this Dunkin' than the Starbucks facing it diagonally. You will also pay less than half of what you'd pay for a SB latte. You know how long you'll wait at this Dunkin' based on the line you see because it does not accept online orders. It has a full menu and my customized drinks have always come out correctly.The amazing thing that sets Dunkin' apart from every other coffee chain is that it is the only place to offer unsweetened flavor shots. You can customize a highly flavored latte without a sugar coma or fake sugar aftertaste. Some of my fav flavor shots are Toasted Coconut, Vanilla, Hazelnut. I love being able to blend them too. Perfect combo of caffeine, protein, and hydration.

It would be great if they actually gave me the amount of donuts I paid for, missing 2 donuts out of 10. So please check your bag before heading to your gate and just forget the coffee. There's caribou, Starbucks, Joe and Juice (for smoothies), and even McDonald's that would probably give you a better caffeine boost.

The cold brew with unsweetened vanilla was so good! The avocado toast was good for a day food option as well. My daughter thought the pumpkin cold brew was just okay...a little sweet.

My first experience at Dunkin and I won't be back. Employee was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how I was, did not come off friendly. Was leaning over the counter and didn't even read my order back to make sure she got it right. She also had very long nails with jewelry hanging off, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. She rung me up wrong and I got food I couldn't even eat due to dietary restrictions. I had no time to return it because my flight was about to board.
