I was very excited to visit this restaurant, and I was sad not to receive the full experience.

Upon arrival, my friend and I sat and ordered the yucca appetizer, a couple of drinks, and a few pupusas. About 10 minutes later, the yucca arrived with chicharones that were lovely.

Another 30 minutes passed, and my friend asked the owner if it would be possible to get our pupusas to go because we had an appointment. The owner replied yes but that it would be another 20 minutes as they had not yet started making them. We agreed to pay only for what we received and leave since we didn't have the time to wait.

Very upsetting, but I would come back again because the food I did receive was very good. I guess just make sure that you budget a lot of time.

Really nice place

Exempt meals and service, the only bad thing is when the brothers from the Church arrive and they want you to fool them with their propaganda and they don't let you enjoy the sacred foods.
Like they forget that we are in a country of free expression where one has the right to practice religion YES oh NO and to make our own decisions unfortunately a very good place but it already seems like a Church 😱😱

To go to that place you have to go with the mentality of wasting 3 hours of your time, very slow service, I ordered for three people, 1:30 for them to bring you your food and another hour to pay, they are not organizing everyone working on their own and the I give the food a 3, it's not very good for all the wait.

The food in general is good. The service is a little slow but sometimes it's worth the wait.

Second time I attempted to place an order for pick up and they never accept the order or answer the phone, and I am left with waiting days to receive a refund.
My first time here I walked inside to place a to-go order and the restaurant only had one table of guests that were already eating, but I was told it would be over an hour to place an order for 2 pupusas. The woman was very short with me and was not friendly.
I attempted to give it another try today, and the restaurant did not accept my order and they also did not answer the phone when I called asking about the status of my order.
Maybe you might have better luck if you sit and dine with them, but the eerie and dark atmosphere, bad service and terrible communication was it for me and will no longer try to give them my business.

Very bad experience, starting with the atmosphere, the service and the food.My wife and my daughters decided to go for dinner, we ordered two steaks and two pupusas, the steaks are not like they have on the menu, the cheese and pico de gallo were missing for a month, very little food for the price, we also ordered two horchatas that clearly they were no longer useful, I told the waitress to check that because there was the taste of expired milk, even the smell, she went to talk to the owner and depending on what the taste is like, I told her to take them away from me. from my account because I wasn't going to take them, they told me that they couldn't do that, that I would always have to pay for them even if I didn't take them, since when do you have to pay for something that is not consumed? In the end the waitress told me that she was going to charge me just one horchata but she came out with her joke about charging me for both. I didn't want to say anything to them because the waitress was good to us, the owner needs to learn how to treat customers and know how to deal with problems.First and last time you visited this place
