Truth Hurts
First time in this sub place ever, but do a lot of subs. Like that they offer soup and wrap hot sandwiches in foil. I got the #35 combo-chips & drink. Service was fast and helpful but sandwich was far from good. Bread really soggy, especially bottom. Did not hit meat till two bites into cut side. Back to Jimmy John’s for me. I pulled bread back to see any meat, there was included a spongy clump on top which ended up being internal bread removed. Flavor was good when I got to it.Parking: I parked in a ramp, there is paid street parking but hard to find being near the courthouse, bank, etc

I had the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. Upon entering, a tall man greeted me as he was clearing tables. The woman who took my order had a terrific smile and was sweet to me even when I changed my order. The female manager who had to correct the order I changed was super nice about it and had the previous woman immediately start making sandwiches to keep business moving along. When my order was ready I picked up the sandwiches and the tall man was right there next to me and handed me napkins before I even thought to ask. He continued walking around the restaurant cleaning, straightening chairs, picking up trash, cleaning the soda machine and filling the chips. I was very impressed with all the terrific service and cleanliness so I approached the tall man to tell him. He thanked me and also referred me to his manager, Sabi. The manager finished up taking an order and then removed his food prep apron and came around the counter to talk with me. I'm sure he was expecting a customer complaint since it's likely why most people want to speak to the manager, but I have nothing but praise for everyone at this restaurant. There is a stellar group of employees doing a great job.

Take your bagged lunch to the River view a block away OR sit your big butt in a great nice REAL chair not made by Nasa but by the producers of Big --- but really a perfect corner sandwich shop.
Definitely was not what I expected! It reminded me of a higher class Jimmy John's! There was like no meat on my sandwich at all. The chicken wild rice soup was pretty decent though! Wouldn't spend my money there again once was enough for me!

Came here for a quick lunch while on jury duty. Had a tuna sandwich on wheat. It was tasty and the cost was modest. Service was quick and friendly. There are a number of tables to eat inside this restaurant. Recommend this restaurant for quick, modestly price, sandwiches. They also offer soups, which none of us tried.

I had the Atlas. As others have stated, what you see online and what you get are not even close. There was so little meat I had to open and inspect that everything was there. Ham seemed to be missing. Taste was ok, but this is not worth almost $15 for the sandwich alone.
