This is a small family owned business located inside Sunrise Plaza. I usually enter through the rear parking. Their steam rolls are always packed with a lot of meat and reasonably priced. Loved the fried rice. Great place for grab and go lunch or you can choose to sit and dine in. Owners and workers are great.

You sold me raw pork ribs. This is unacceptable! I was just there today and ordered the pork with rice, fish, and papaya salad. Good thing, I looked before giving to my baby, I would probably report you to the department of health if my baby ate and got sick. For sure, I know I will never come to your booth again. Be carefully, someone might turn you in if you kept selling uncooked meat to customers. Even worse, if people got sick from eating your raw/uncooked food. What pissed me off was that..the mom cut up the pork and didn't even think or care that the pork is still raw...what a f***** human being!. All you want is money and I guarantee that you will not be there long!.

I really wish I could rate them higher, but I probably won't go back. I stopped at Fortune Family because it was a fast and convenient alternative to Little Asia Cafe - the restaurant across the hall. Fortune Family is a deli-style restaurant located inside the Sunrise Building where 40+ small Asian businesses reside. You can't miss the place when you walk through the back door from the parking lot. I like the concept and love that it's a small family business, but the food did not give me any reason to return. Everything was luke warm and the flavors were not memorable. The stall is cluttered and the windows were smudgy, so the food has to be exceptional to make up for the questionable kitchen. Unfortunately, they didn't do very well in either category. On the other hand, the staff was kind and you could tell they work hard. I have a soft heart for the fortune family, so I feel kind of bad giving them such a poor rating, but I'd hate to mislead anyone.
