This is my fav bar in the twin cities. Such a cool space, fun atmosphere, chill vibe with a great selection of drinks and awesome food. Match that up to an awesome bartender (Dan is always outstanding in making drinks, super friendly and awesome customer service). 5 Stars!! Always look forward to going back.

I have been going to Cossettas since they ran it out of their home. Life-long customer!! Frank's has become my favorite part of Cossettas. Love that you can get cocktails. The Ceasar salad and Chicken meatballs are so yummy! The red sauce in there is good.It has a nice bite to it..Shane the bartender/server is an absolute gem! Great personality. Calm, friendly, not over-bearing or phony. Real person with a true appreciation for good food and service. He mixes a great cocktail. He is a gift and should be recognized. They are very fortunate to have them on the Cossettas team!

Bartender was very friendly and prompt. He brought my order of fries out to the Cafe seating area outside the tavern where I was eating with my group. Very kind and helpful.

Gross food that sat under the hot lamp WAY too long. Overpriced too.

What an absolute mess. First off, we waited twenty minutes at a table without a server acknowledging us so we walked up to the bar to order our drinks. At the bar, we saw the most inconsistent pours. The bartenders were just making it up as they went along. My whiskey sour came in a martini glass, and the women next to me had a whiskey sour delivered in a pint glass. My boyfriend had a vodka soda served in a shot glass, and they had the audacity to charge $12 for it. A little while later, we watched them pour a vodka soda for someone else in a tall beer glass. Same price. We left feeling like we had completely wasted our money and will not be coming back here.

Excellent food and drinks in a classy bar setting. Plenty of seating options and a must for sports fans. Love the wild boar meatballs! Outstanding bar service! No happy hour during events!

Given the number of times I have visited Cosetta's, I can't believe I never realized this place existed. It's on the second floor and it's a simple, spacious bar. Lots of light from a big east window, well-appointed design that flows with the rest of the building. I was just there for happy hour so only sampled a Negroni, which was excellent. Cocktails were average price (about 10-11 each) The menu looked like an Italian twist on typical bar fare. I will need to try this place again sometime

My husband and I are always looking for those cocktail bars with great atmosphere and unique drinks. Frank’s Levee Tavern certainly delivered. The bar is tucked within very busy space but you did not hear or experience it. It is one of those bars you can sit and have a conversation at and enjoy the beauty of the bar itself. The best part of our evening was our Bartender Antonio who was attentive and knowledgeable. Our drinks were made well and my husband had a great time discussing the different types of spirits on their menu. We now have a few new selections to buy for our bar at home.

I love Cossettas and Louis's, but this was a bit of a disappointment. We did a cheese board, it was very average but good. I had ordered the beef bracciole, but it was salty a couldn't eat more than two or three bites. Unfortunately this was the only GF option on the menu per our server (menus are not marked). The service itself was lacking too. We were one of two tables in the restaurant & had to go get our server after being finished with our meals for almost an hour without having him stop by. We likely would've ordered another round of drinks had he stopped by once after food was delivered. We likely won't be back with the other options in house being so much better

Slightly hidden, be sure to go upstairs and all the way to the back. This place is great. Awesome spot to grab food and beer before a Wild game.

Horrible, Horrible service... and we only had beers. I have worked in Hospitality for most of my 30 year career. Back of House, Front of House, at Corporate for Marketing and the whole gamut. And thus, I truly understand the challenges that restaurants/bars are facing post Pandemic. I don't leave many reviews because I do get it, and I don't leave bad ones ever. Frank's changed that. Don't go here. The service is truly abysmal. Truly some of the worst I have seen ever - and Cossetta, their parent company, catered my wedding, graduations, parties. I have been a loyal patron for 30 years. From the minute our party of 4 arrived until we finally had to leave after trying to pay the bill 4 times (for four beers) it was awful. Louis is great. I will possibly return to Cossetta, but do not go to this bar. They do not care.
