Good gelato, very bad claw machines. Someone else mentioned that the machines are all programmed to have a strong hold when they drop and the moment they get near the chute they release. It was extremely frustrating and not fun to watch it continuously grab a toy and drop it before the chute. I watched it do the same thing through 20 tokens! Grabbed a toy almost every time (claw fully around the toy) and it literally released it on every machine right before the chute. No joke, these are setup so you can never win!

I’ve been wanting to come here since I seen them while driving past on my way to work and recently I was recommended a TikTok video and I knew I had to come check it out ,,, staff was amazing and sweet ,,we were allowed to film playing the claw machine and the gelato was super good I am a banana flavored connoisseur and theirs was really good!!!

Would be near damn zero stars if I could. Went there this afternoon, saw this place on social media. Looked cool. My partner and I are avid claw machine fans and well we love gelato. Saw they had a deal to win a prize and get gelato as a trade. Employee at the front didn’t acknowledge us at all coming in and we were the only ones there in the like 10min experience. I know my way around a claw machine and they’ve purposely adjusted the settings of the machine to have a great hold initially while picking up the toy and then it will raise and move to the chute. Right before the chute drop, it is programmed to open the claw back up and it goes back in the pile. This happened with all ten tries. And not once did the employee offer help or talk to us. It would have just been cheaper to have bought the gelato and skipped the game but we didn’t even do that. Got so turned off by the service and atmosphere that we left.

Went with some coworkers and ordered their tub to-go. We ended up staying for a bit and they put my gelato in the freezer while we were there to prevent melting. Top notch service! Highly recommend.
