Kimball Court is a nonstop cause of crime in the neighborhood. People from Kimball Court routinely wander into neighborhood businesses asking owners and customers for money and disrupting the peaceable goings-on inside. The place needs to be completely torn down.

So much drug activity here, not sure how this place stays in business.

City council member Mitra Jalali wants to expand this problem, blight to the community. This shows how much she cares for the midway community, use your votes to send her packing.

The drugs are cheap but of subpar quality.

Getting named hub of narcotic activity by the press is wild. 5 stars!

a place with this many issues and such a huge impact on neighbors should not just casually have property management on site 3-5 days per week. They need to make a commitment to 24 hour staffing, promptly dealing with lease violations and safety concerns, and litter cleanup multiple times per day.

This place is horribly managed and has become the epicenter for blight in the Hamline-Midway area. Beacon Interfaith cannot effectively manage this property, and both residents and nearby neighbors are suffering because of it.

Horribly run. Constant source of fentanyl/ meth / crack related blight. My tools were stolen and ended up here. Same with my air compressor. My neighbor's bike ended up here after being stolen. I have spoken with the city and their security yet nothing changes. Management at the building thinks and states that all is well. Just 100 feet away there are children playing next to needles, burnt tinfoil, and shattered glass. I have seen more people with private parts out than I can count on two hands. I understand that there is a need for transitional housing but this place seems to transition people backwards into the dark ages of disease and addiction! Plus it is really close to a calm residential neighborhood.

If I could rate it lower I would. I live near this building, and it's a constant source of disruption, crime, and litter. I've witnessed the ATF and general law enforcement outside this building on more occasions than I can count, and I've personally seen people carrying knives and other weapons outside the building.

There are dozens of used needles littering the ground nearby at all times. This is an area with small children who should not be exposed to these activities and safety hazards.

There seems to be no attempt to clean up the area or turn this building into anything resembling a place where recovering addicts and criminals can re-enter society, and all complaints made by neighbors are immediately shut down without elaboration or reasoning provided, which I personally find very shady.

This property, management, tenants, and their guests being held to any standard of common decency, care for the surrounding area and the people who live here would be a dramatic improvement in the quality of life in this neighborhood. This property is the source of a constant stream of trash, including sharps, into the surrounding environment because staff can't handle the bare minimum responsibility of emptying garbage bins that are filled by the dozens of people that loiter outside 24/7/365.

Constant fighting and safety issues. Property management has failed to take any actions to be a good neighbor and a good steward of the community. The city turns a blind eye to and enables their incompetence. Instead, due to this inaction, neighbors of the surrounding area are expected organize daily clean up efforts and must tolerate the genuine quality of life impacts of Beacon Interfaith's failure to uphold *any* of the commitments it had made made to community to DO BETTER back in 2022.

Currently living here and between the bathrooms being disgusting and the apartment having MOUSE INFESTATIONS the biggest issue is management refusing to do anything about it

Would like to know more before I go. Willing to bet this isn’t an actual place.
