Simply the best. The workers always bear with my bizarre requests and desire to taste-test every flavor no matter how obscenely busy they are. Endlessly charming atmosphere. The cones have jelly beans at the bottom!!!Black Hills Gold and Pomegranate Sorbet are my favorites. Mom is a big fan of the malty flavor (forgot the name) and boyfriend loves the cookie monster and peppermint bonbon (he's crazy and likes to put them together. I don't get it either).

I’ve cream was delicious. Seating inside is semi-limited, so I imagine the atmosphere is more ideal when the outdoor seating is open in the summer months. Scoops are HEFTY so you get your money’s worth.

?Grand Ole Creamery?Love my stop in here!I had the split one scoop (massive portion) and got the Black Hills Gold & Coffee break ice cream. Both were decent - nothing too special or over the top good. For the quality, I thought the price was quite high ($8 for 1 scoop). The atmosphere and service were really great though!

The ice cream is worth the money bc there is flavor throughout each bite. Some ice cream has flavor in the beginning, and then it becomes plain afterward, but here, you'll taste it all the way through. The ice cream here is also homemade. right in the back, so it doesn't get any better than that. I'll say that Ole Creamery is hand-to-hand with cold stone, but if I had to choose, I'll choose Ole Creamery.

Pricey ice cream but nice size single scoop & good waffle cones. Both times I've been, they were out of brownies! (Hint: if you run out that often, maybe you should make more?!?)

The ice cream was delicious. The staff wasn't very friendly or efficient. They were all over the place taking our order and they didn't seem to care. While I was waiting for my monkey sundae one of the employees was eating just casually. The other started flirting with a guy that walked inside in and stopped making my sundae. My family received their order and I kept waiting for mine. The girl finally told me that they didn't have all the ingredients for the sundae. It would have been nice if she would have told me sooner instead of having me wait for a long time. Like I said the ice cream was good. We all enjoyed it very much. The place is very casual and it's small. You can sit in the restaurant that's attached to it.

We ordered two pints, one black hills gold and one north country crunch. After waiting an hour for Uber Eats, we got our order but it was wrong. The restaurant sent two pints of "Pralines and Cream" which was really disappointing not just because it's not at all what I ordered but who eats plain ice cream with nuts? I can't even eat this. Disgusting.

Your Saint Paul staple ice cream parlor serving ice cream, shakes, malts, banana splits, and more. Located off the historic Grand Avenue, you will find the line out the door in the summer months (don't let that stop you as it moves quick) and the aroma of waffle cones will keep you coming back for more. The winter of 2024 was a beauty with temps in the 40's and my family enjoyed many more ice cream treats this season. My favorite flavors are the chocolate peanut butter, birthday cake and cookie monster. As of lately, I have enjoyed getting my ice cream blended into a shake. If you have a dog, they have small frosty cups located in the freezer section which is fun because many times you get whip cream only and this one keeps the dogs occupied for a bit. While there are a few small indoor tables, many folks eat outside during the warmer months or grab it to go in the winter. No matter how you choose to dine, you won't be disappointed. Even Barack Obama tried this place when he was in town and you'll find his photo on the wall. Enjoy!

Best chocolate ice cream in the world. Also: please bring back Chocolate and Choco-Malt-Banana in all Lunds and Kowalskis, they all seem to only carry a minimal few flavors half of which dont even sell that
