It was mother's day so it was pretty busy and had additional folding tables/chairs set up for larger groups. Service was still quick and attentive. Food was good, beer was great. My mother was happy!

We went for Mother's Day brunch, and even though are reservation was for 2:15, there was still plenty of food. The food was fresh and there was variety. Even though our waiter was very busy, he still remembered to check on us periodically.

$35.00 for Mother's Day brunch was a bit too much because the food wasn't all that great and there wasn't even a dessert table. There was also a homeless guy that caused disturbance while we were eating. Granite City was always our go to for Mother's day for years before the pandemic and I recall that the food was better and there were more choices for adults and kids.

We won't be back. We had a party of 8 where we were crammed around a high top table. There were stool but no backs to the chairs. We have a 4-year old. It was less than ideal since she couldn't use a booster. I said we need a different arrangement since we have a young child, they would not change the seating. I asked about a 1/2 booth 1/2 high top that would fit all of us and be a better fit for a child. They said no, but sat a party of 5 there 30 minutes later and they were not using all the space. Food was overpriced and marginal.

We visited for Mother's Day, our reservation was at 8:45 AM. When we arrived at 8:40 AM, the doors to the building were locked. Luckily there were others in the vestibule to let us in out of the rain. At the very least, have the lobby unlocked so folks can enter. They began seating at 8:45 AM, so the wait was minimal. Once seated our server was prompt in welcoming us and explaining the drink specials to take our order. Staff was still setting up the buffet, one worker sneezed loudly very close to the food, luckily everything was covered, but it was still nasty to see and hear. The food for the most part was delicious. There were a few let downs that I will mention. The omelet station did not open with the rest of the buffet, the guy said he was still setting up, which is unacceptable. He was ready to start work after 9 AM, so many people had to wait or come back to order their omelets, like we did. Everything should be ready, especially on a day like Mother's Day when they should expect to be busy at the beginning of service. The omelet station server kept walking away while people were wanting to have the prime rib served to them. The sausage patties were cold as ice, it literally felt like they were taken right out of a refrigerator. And the prime rib was cooked, but hardly seasoned. Overall, all other items were cooked very well, served hot and tasted delicious. Our server did a great job. You can't beat the infinite mimosa, the price is right and the caramel rolls are to die for. The few things I complained about wouldn't keep me away, Granite City has a good brunch, I'd encourage others to try it out as well. The place was busy and it appeared other customers were satisfied as well!

We went to Granite City for my birthday. I have the Granite City rewards and was planning on using the free entree reward. However, I accidentally hit the wrong reward when showing our server. He didn't ask if I wanted to use the birthday reward nor did he acknowledge or do anything for my birthday.

Something was in my water. Drinks did not arrive on our table until 28 mins in. Food came 42 mins after being seated and after we asked if we might be getting it anytime soon. Table next to us was seated after us and received their food and drinks before we did. Though, they too complained about a dirty glass (had lipstick on it). Server did not seem phased by anything.

Pretty good food overall, so-so service. Faucet handle in women's restroom was spinning and stuck open unless it was set just so. Two had the Asian Chicken Salad and I had the Mediterranean Chicken.

The food was cold and some of the food wasn't cook all the way. Waitress was rude and rolled her eyes when she gave the wrong wine. Over all was disappointment with the Easter bunch. I have nerved had a bad experience until Easter Sunday.

The Easter brunch was not a good experience. The food was mostly cold and the staff tried to put too many people at tables and ended up blocking the aisle. Wait staff was quite pleasant despite the overcrowding. Won't be back for brunch again.

We enjoy Granite City for everyday dining, but did not enjoy Easter brunch. The food we okay, except the meat. It was dry and not very tasty. We noise level was so loud. They were packing as many people in as they could. Even to the point of blocking aisles and making it difficult to move around. We will not go there again for Easter brunch.

was very upset about the very rigid time limit. we were asked about a drink refill, but it never came. when we asked the server, she said that she was told our time was up and we couldn't have anything else. Service was slow, and we had to wait to get our check. and then we had to wait for change . The server gave us the wrong change. Insted of 64.40 he tried to give us 36.00. very disorganized.

The Easter brunch had a great selection of food, the staff did an excellent job of keeping it well stocked with fresh food. The wait staff did a great job. Very enjoyable experience.

Waiter totaled ignored us the whole time. After being seated 20 minutes, Another server got us water and took our appetizer ordered. We finally waved down our service and placed our meal order. The food was delivered to wrong table so we had to intervene. Finally when we were ready to pay we had to again get attention of our server who took care and then forgot about us until we asked a second server to go find our card. We observed a scramble at the counter as they had to look around for where it had been placed. Worst service I have ever experienced.

The steak was fabulous but almost more importantly the server was very patient with me and my guest. We had not seen each other in 17 years so we were not ready to order immediately because of all the catching up we had been doing! It was great that the server was so unbothered and didn't try to rush us to get our order in. Thanks for a great experience!
