Came in for the lunch special. Easy ordering system, food came out fast and was delicious. Price was good too. Nice to have a small business option for lunch instead of the big corporate chains.

I rang up French toast with eggs over medium and pancakes with bacon and 4 bottled pops on December 9th, 2024, I went in to get breakfast on December 10th 2024 and the owner tells me he cannot serve my son and I anymore because I didn’t pay for my drinks yesterday, then proceeds to show me the receipt that shows my food and 2 bottles of pop and accuses me of stealing! My son and I have went to 601 Kitchen everyday Monday through Friday and spend 30 to 40 dollars a day, so I tell the owner, I’m sorry Sir just add it to my ticket today because I rang up 4 pops yesterday, maybe it was something with your self service register, the owner tells me again that he will not serve my Son and I anymore! We have been a customer for 4 months or so spending 30 to 40 dollars everyday, all he had to say was I noticed yesterday you had 4 pops but only 2 show up on the receipt and I would have payed for them right then but instead he just tells me I stole 2 pops. I do not lie and I do not like thieves, so paying 30 to 40 everyday, I would not steal any pops or anything else for that matter!!!! 2 pops is under 6 dollars, so if you add even 30 a day times 5 days a week that’s 150.00 and 300.00 every 2 weeks and he thinks I’m going to steal 2 pops!!! My son and I put the pops on the counter every time we order so mistakes happen but accusing someone instead of letting them know that only 2 pops were rang up yesterday and I would have told him to add to my order today!!

I’ve had breakfast here a couple times every time I have the food is at best luke warm. I’ve thrown away a couple meals because the food was cold straight off the counter.I ordered pancakes once they were both not cooked completely thankfully I noticed or I would’ve had a mouth full of raw batter. For 8$ plus 3$ for three pieces of bacon I would’ve hoped they would at least be completely cooked.
Found it to be rather bland . The soup was goo though

Orded salads from the touch screens. I was then called back to the counter to be told they had no chicken which was specifically listed as included on all salads. I was then told I needed to pay more to have a protein on the salads. When I explained to Paul that even a mediocre restaurant would upgrade at no extra charge since we already paid and completed our order before being told this, and that we would take a refund he then said that he was “gonna ask the manager.” But you didn’t Paul. You didn’t.
Discovered this place in the skyway near my office. I came in around 1:30pm which is perfect because apparently I missed the lunch rush. I ordered a ABLT sandwich and a cup of chicken tortilla soup - both were delicious. Pleasantly surprised by how homemade everything tastes and appreciate how clean they keep the place. I’ll be back!

I had one of their lunch specials, the Crab Sandwich. It was like a grilled cheese with real crab meat on thick bread. Something about their fries too, are really good.

The customer service and cleanliness was on point!! But the food was awful. The hamburger taste like soy meat, and the fries were soaked in grease. I told the guy, and he offered to make it over, but there was no way I could stomach that hamburger meat. I threw the whole meal away! And it is extremely expensive!!
