Employees were great, but it feels like their tofu was designed by someone who hates tofu. If I hadn’t seen it would think they were croutons. 🫣 I understand why they are probably dehydrating it (not popular compared to other protein), but don’t serve this to people man. It is bad.

As a visitor, this place was super hard to find. After searching for a bit, we called and asked for help but the staff member wasn’t able to provide any clear reference points.
Anyway, we gave up and went someplace else, but maybe we’ll try one of their other locations.
Salads are delicious! The best thing is that the lettuce, kale, chicken, etc... are all cut into small pieces. You'll never have to shove a huge piece of lettuce in your mouth! lol A huge pet peeve of mine when ordering salads from restaurants!

For this place to be in the Skyway at Townsquare, there is no excuse why I could not be healthy. It's clean and fast.
I want to try different salads, but I was fairly pleased for a quick bite and lunch where I didn't have the ITIS afterwards.
I'll be back.

Good quality healthy food, expensive, only open for 3 hours a day !! They cater to business lunch so don’t try eating here if you’re touring the skyway after the lunch hour.

Loved the salad, loved the customer service. I got the farmer’s salad. Wish the descriptions of each salad were closer to the servicing line. That part of the process was kind of rushed for me being a first timer at this establishment.

Moroccan wrap was one of the best wraps I’ve ever had! Friendly staff, enjoyed the kombucha selection and the music was on point.

Pretty good salads with good texture. Music was bumping. Not sure of the hype. Lines can get long quickly. I ordered the buffalo chicken ceaser salad. It was a bit tangy for my liking. The place is cashless btw.

This location isn't the easiest to find if you don't work in the area or know your way from the parking garage into the skyway, but it's worth the effort through the maze. The quality of Green + The Grain doesn't skip a beat between locations. It's always delicious!

This is my second favorite in terms of fresh health convenient food. This is however my favorite place to eat while at work. Fast, healthy and delicious. Highly recommend.
The staff is amazing and the salads pretty good. I find the dehydrated tofu a bit odd and wish they would list dressing ingredients (or at least allergens).
