Noisy. Typical bar food.
I found a fingernail clipping in my food. My family and I can all agree that this place has been going steadily downhill for a while now, but this is the last straw and something that cannot be ignored. I can't get the feeling of somebody else's nail out of my mouth. This is disturbing and incredibly disgusting. I hope that they can get this place back on track, but until then, it isn't worth the time.
Welcoming, with just the right amount of lighting, TVs, ambient music and TVs. Cozy bar area. Highly recommend the chips and queso, it's way more complicated and tasty than it sounds. Plenty of street parking. You'd be dumb not to go here.
It was our first time there and our server Hannah was AMAZING! So kind and patient with all of our questions! We will definitely be back!
Their food has really gone downhill. I had the Asian salad, and it was honestly gross. Soggy lettuce with stale rice noodles, just left hungry instead. The poor server on the back patio was totally overwhelmed and needed help. The patio itself is beautiful but the food and service really suffered. Bummer of an evening and a waste of money for one of the few times I actually go out for an evening with three little kids.
I’m updating my previous 5 star review. This place used to be a local favorite of ours. They completely replaced the old menu and now the food had been a disappointment. Other than one or two items that are ok, we haven’t enjoyed the new menu. It feels like they tried to upscale the food, which is not what we or many of our friends come here for. What kind of chef thinks it’s a good idea to put curry seasoning on a Nashville chicken sandwich? The menu doesn’t even mention that’s it’s curry flavored, and the rest of the sandwich is just as bad. The old menu had amazing burgers (especially the western burger), comfort food options, the best tater tots and appetizers, and now there’s nothing special about it anymore. We can go to a handful of other similar restaurants in this area that do a better job at understanding what the customers want and like. Get rid of the new menu and we’ll be back.
Food is great beer selection is vast.

Fet friendly patio made this a very nice place for my wife and I to come while in town.
It was also good to see a number of children on the patio, highlighting it's family-friendly atmosphere.

I've been here plenty of time but hadn't been in the last year or so. So, I decided to take my family there when they visited from out of town. We had excellent food, drinks, service, and atmosphere at Groveland Tap! We tried lots of appetizers since it was happy hour (my favorite are the pierogies) and we thought everything we ordered was delicious.

I live nearby and come often. I love it here, well, loved. Ordered 2 bowls of soup and they were both not even halfway full. Send someone to get more as I start eating the tiny amount I have and it is water. Just straight water mixed with a little bit of soup. I’ve had this soup a billion times, and have never ever had it this bad. Had to stop eating it because it more than likely bad. By the way, I called to ask for more soup and the guy couldn’t have been more of a jerk and couldn’t have been Less understanding.
Beer selection nonpareil. Accessibility changes make the bar seem a bit cramped, but that's ok.

Their Happy Hour lists wine at $2 off but when I asked for a house wine the bartender said they didn't have house wines. So I ordered a $10 Cabernet but when the bill came there was no discount because the waitress said the discount was only on house wines. Because the bartender had told me they didn't have house wines, the waitress did end up giving me $2 off. Her service was fine, the food was okay but the drink service left much to be desired.
