I tried the mushroom swiss 3 times . All 3 times they barely put any m&s sauce on it, maybe a teaspoon. I let the elderly woman at the window know and see became very sassy. I haven't eaten there in a year now. I eat at Hardees and Carl Jrs all over the country, BUT NOT THIS ONE! I highly recommend the one in Forest Lake Mn. You can actually taste the sauce there.

Being this was a Door dash order I can't review or evaluate the restaurant itself. I was craving a Hardee's Frisco Burger on 10/28/2025. I ordered the Frisco Burger Combo with small fries and sweet ice tea cost $29 and change. Apparently there is only two Hardee's in Minnesota which is sad! Back in the days when I was in Colorado till 2019 when I moved to Minnesota there were Hamburger Stands, Hardee's, and Carl's Jr. everywhere. But, I digress here.
The Hardee's Frisco Burger is by far the best burger that Hardee's has on its menu in my opinion. But, driving 10 miles one way isn't feasible for me to get my favorite burger from this location. Being a disabled veteran in a wheelchair is a downside. As long as Door dash is in business I will be okay. 🤞 Or maybe Hardee's opens a restaurant in Eagan? 🙏

I did a mobile order and when I got here let them know I was here. And 3 other customers came in and ordered at register and not only did we all have the same meat for our meals all 3 of them got there food first and I still had to wait an extra 5 minutes but food was Greta just they need to make orders in the order they get them.

The guy working counter was rude and my hotham and cheese tasted terrible the ham had to have been old, ham and cheese from Hardee's is usually my favorite fast food sandwich but this one has ruined it there's no longer a reason for me to eat here....

Hardees, st paul has gone down hill. Visited store with brother. His order was placed and received immediately. Mine did not. Order wasn’t complicated. Bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink. Placed order. Then waited and waited and waited. Went back to counter asking where my food was. Sitting right there near these employees Was handed food. When i unwrapped burger, no bacon. Took burger back to counter. Showed them the burger. They took burger to cooking area. I waited some more. Got burger back. Was good but not worth the wait or $14! Not going back for lousy service and way overpriced food.

Stopped after a basketball tournament game that was being played at Concordia across the highway. It was about 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night. I had the Big Roast Beef, and my son had the Famous Star Burger. Food and beverage were excellent, service was fast and friendly. The cold weather meant they were not the busiest at the time of our visit, but the food and service were excellent.
I've been coming to this Hardee's for 25 years and while the employees have changed, they still make delicious food. For lunch and dinner, I enjoy their hamburgers and cheeseburgers, curly fries, ham & cheese sandwiches, and chicken tenders. For breakfast, I enjoy their biscuits & gravy. Their food is usually fresh and hot which makes it worth the slightly longer waiting time.

Literally some of the worst fast food I've ever ordered. The burger meat was barely cooked, the cheese was cold, and it tasted awful! I wouldn't go back there if I was paid.
