I really want to like this place. The location is great, the staff are warm and friendly. Pricing is all over the place, literally. Yesterday a can of bubbly water was $2.50. Today, same product, $4.00. And they want $1.50 for flavor shots. Coffee has improved since they've been open and baked goods are decent. If you're in the skyway though, Legacy is a better bet, especially their chai.

We worked with Terry for a large business event in Osborn370 and the food was incredible! Despite it being a casual working breakfast and lunch, the food was so much better than a typical business lunch! Think thinly-sliced meatloaf sandwiches, melt-in-your-mouth carrot cake muffin/donut things, and cookies with sprinkles! And the price was right. Thanks Terry!
Vegetarian options: We had a roasted squash wrap as one option and the flavor was incredible! So much better than the typical vegetarian options for business lunches!
Terry catered our recent event, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was punctual, organized, and created a beautiful layout (with an impressive variety of teas). The lunch, especially the grilled vegetable wraps, was fresh and delicious, and Terry’s secret recipe drinks were a hit!
His attention to detail made the entire catering experience smooth and enjoyable. Plus, it was very cost-effective. Highly recommend Terry and Hepcat Coffee for any catering needs!

Coffee was good, breakfast bagel has been sitting premade in a fridge for at least a day.. bread was rock hard, cream cheese was dried out and cracked and onion were wilted… don’t waste your money on food.

We ordered lattes and pastries. The milk in the coffee was scalded and my wife couldn’t even drink hers. I struggled through mine with two packets of sugar. The pastries were ok.

Best lavender latte I've ever had! Too bad I live so far away otherwise I would be frequenting this place daily.
First time stopping here, and the service was amazing. The woman that helped me out was very personable and made my drink the right way.

Stood in line for 15 minutes patiently to try a new coffee & food and they don't even take cash? I did not see one sign and I do not see anything on the website saying they don't take cash!? Not even a sorry or a smile from the Barista :(

Hepcat is where it’s at! I applaud the Hepcat crew for creating the perfect coffee shop. The drinks and food are brilliant, staff is welcoming, and the branding is nicely done. The food is a surprising value—we spent about half as much as we’ve come to expect from other coffee shops. The whole experience was enjoyable and I truly can’t wait to return.
