I tried the chicken wing appetizer. They were cooked well but they needed more salt. I recommend that they brine them before they season them and fry them. Even if I added salt, it just didn't taste the same as if they had been salted previously. The chipotle ranch was lackluster. I had the breakfast melt and really enjoyed the toast and how is all put together. The hash browns were unsalted so you had to season those to your liking. I wonder if next time I can have them season them while they're frying them.

Loved this spot. Nice little day date.The atmosphere and service were amazing. Drinks were fun. Daily specials and happy hour! Loved my breakfast mule. The coffee was delicious. Breakfast salad was simple but SO good. Great location for shopping and eating. Highland movie theater across the street.We will be back.Parking: We parked up the road in neighborhood on street. Free.

We stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. We did not make reservations and found there to be a bit of a wait. Fortunately 3 spots opened up at the bar which eliminated our wait time. Thank you staff for pointing that out to us! The restaurant is not very large so highly recommend reservations to be safe. We had a picky teenager with us who usually does not like new places. Despite his going on 15, they did allow him to order the chicken tenders off the kids menu which we were so appreciative of. The kids meal came with 3 chicken tenders, fries, fruit and a side of goldfish (he got cheez-its which he felt were even better). He loved his meal which is rare so I think that says something amazing there. I got the Hot Hash & Holly which was fantastic! Everything was perfect and I left with a very full belly! My fiance ordered a special that is not a menu reguar but had eggs and what I thought were potato cakes and he said hashbrowns and all the breakfast meat and he absolutely loved his meal. All 3 of us were loving it and my fiance who does not willingly go to st paul says we should go back, i think that says something. We saw so many meals coming out that looked amazing so I 100% agree that we will go back.

First time trying the Highland Grill, wanted to try a new spot for sum breakfast. Overall the food was good. Good portion sizes , can’t wait to try the lunch and dinner menu.

The Brussels Sprouts, buffalo wings and pierogies were all great appetizers. My friends ordered buffalo wings and fish and chips. I ordered the grilled salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My lunch was a little late but I didn’t mind. Our server was amazing! Too bad I’m flying back to Houston tonight.Parking: Best to find street parking.

Whenever I eat breakfast it's a constant battle. Sweet vs savory. How do you decide?! Get both, that's what I did when I went here. After every bite I thought I'd been persuaded to each side. They were both so incredible. The pancakes and the hash. It's a little small inside, so take that into consideration when deciding when to go.
This place is a must for brunch! We love the Hot Hash and Holly. The service is amazing. The team is so friendly and on top of things.Deserts are also top shelf. We ordered an entire peanut butter pie since it’s the best we’ve ever had!

The food was absolutely outstanding and the drinks were perfect. The manager Dana was amazingly kind and professional and made us laugh a ton! My old fashion was perfect and the chicken lemon grass was a must have! Great food for a better value.

Fantastic food, fast service, pleasant atmosphere except for the slightly noisy open kitchen. The salmon is so delicious, it melts in your mouth and makes you forget about the price. The chicken sandwich was perfectly executed--juicy, even!--but could use a little sauce to add flavor beyond just being spicy. Maybe some BBQ sauce or coleslaw as done by nearby establishments? A small quibble. The poke bowl was a hit and had lots of salmon. Thanks for a great experience!

Food was great! Packed and a slight wait on a Saturday at 6pm but that’s to be expected. I ordered a Cubano which was delicious but the best part was the side of ranch with the fries. Hands down the best ranch I’ve ever tasted!
