Tried this last week. Portion size is good (2 item combo); more rice than chicken.
It looked better than it tasted. The sesame chicken seemed a day old/from the previous day (a little stringy and dry), but it was still ok. The orange chicken was better, but overall the food tasted like standard Chinese food. The fried rice was good, but standard as well.
Just over $14 for the combo.
No seating for the restaurant but there are plenty of tables for general seating in the center of the floor.

Ho Fan was a decent experience, we grabbed lunch one day to go. Pretty long line so figured it would be really good. It was okay. They were out of a lot of options as well which didn’t help but what we did get was just very run of the mill Asian food. Staff was friendly enough just not super helpful with what was available or not. Waited extra for the Lo mein noodles just didn’t have any flavor. Generals chicken was solid. Would maybe try again if they had more options available. Good prices and a ton of food just not great quality and lacked flavor depth.

I was visiting from out of town and was staying at the Double Tree in the same building. I went out of convenience and also because I love Chinese food. The food was really good but I thought it was on the pricier side considering it was a take out place inside of a dead mall. But the service was good, very friendly lady that took my order. Orange chicken was pretty good and the chicken wings were crispy. Served fresh and piping hot. The portions were decent but still felt the pricing on the entrees were on the higher end since it isn’t a restaurant.

I even call the driver to see if there were any issues he said I’ll be there in a few minutes but the driver never came and deliver. I saw a woman the other day eating these beautiful looking egg rolls in Mears Park so I asked her where she got them and here I am eating them now. Actually I had the egg roll rice vermicelli salad. All I can say is they were worth the trek of several blocks and the prices are insanely inexpensive compared to other Asian restaurants. The staff was so nice but this salad is so very fresh and the taste is incredible. The food that was at the buffet line looked incredible as well. I will definitely be back!!!

I was so disappointed in the vegetable fried rice, probably the worst ever. Tastes really burnt, corn pieces are under cooked and rice has to be old.

This place is a hidden gem in the skyway system. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious, with plenty of vegetarian friendly options for a reasonable price. Would recommend
Vegetarian options: The kung pao tofu is incredible

Only place open in St Paul late. Now open on Saturdays . Tables to sit at if guards don't chase you out. Food good. Eat there all time. For years. Prices went up.
