This was my first order from Hoa Bien, and I can say we all enjoyed the food that we ordered. My husband and I chose Bun Nem Nuong and the Chicken Curry Stir-fry. They were so delicious. My son ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and said that he really enjoyed it. In fact, he said that this is going to be the only Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant that he will be ordering from in the future.

I have a cold and was craving a hot bowl of pho. I quickly ordered online and my order was ready in less than 15 minutes. I stopped in, grabbed my order from the friendly young lady at the counter, the headed home to reheat the broth, and build my soup.
Yooooo, why didn't anybody tell me how good Hoa Bien was?? I haven't been here since it looked like an old school cafeteria on the inside. The remodel came and they obviously upped their food game too. I got...

5/5 on all levels! Hoa Bien has THE BEST pho in the entire state of Minnesota. Amazing staff that are kind, professional, and diligent. Beautiful and clean restaurant. Living in Minneapolis I will travel to St. Paul for the best. Some of the most well known pho restaurants in Minneapolis cannot compare.
