I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, which already made me uncomfortable, but the worst part was that I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here. Cleanliness and food safety should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately this location failed on both. I would not recommend this spot and will not be returning.

I had a Chicken meal but the amount of lemon pepper they put on there made it unbearable to eat and enjoy. I mean I like lemon pepper but that was way too much. My child couldn’t enjoy the chicken. I had to fine some to eat.

I ordered a 20 piece wing and it came with a small fry. I could only share the fries with one person out of the friends i ordered it with. All that chicken and a small fry is a rip off. When i went back up there and asked him why it comes in that small container he said it’s not up to him and agreed that it is too small and that he just works there and don’t make the rules. And he basically admitted that they want you to purchase more fries that’s why they give you so little. Money hungry!!!!! The food is good and fresh and i am not taking that away from them but they skim you on the amount of fries so don’t order a 20-30 wings unless you want to buy extra fries when it should come with the proper portion.

The gyro sandwich and fried shrimp was a huge miss. It didn’t taste as good as what you can buy frozen at a grocery store. They just added way too much salt as well.

I usually don't like to give bad ratings, especially to the restaurant. I visited this location on Rice Street today. I ordered one piece of cat fish and 4 pieces of samosa. Both the guys at the front were rude. He told me your order is ready. I picked up my order and I was about to leave then I decided I had some time to just eat here. When I opened my order, no utensils, no sauce for fish or samosa no napkins and no drinks. I was like dude I paid $18 for my food and that's how you treat people. They sprinkle too much salt, it was not able to eat. Never going back. If possible avoid that place.
Was challenging to get to, but the food is on point. No push from the staff menu is fair sized and it has value qty vs price. You'll be glad you tried it.

Customer service has gone way downhill the manager owner whoever I usually deal with was not there I'm coming here for years and got a styrofoam lemon pepper seasoning for $5 literally just bought him for Christmas I don't live in the city anymore so I drive down an hour and a half away get there to be told that they're now $10 ask to speak to the owner he wasn't there told to call back today he's still not there got answering the phone is really rude had to go back and because they forgot the lemonade they were supposed to make had to argue with them and show receipt that I paid for it already tried to charge me a dollar for lemon pepper that's supposed to be $0.75 according to the website and the guy that they left in charge is so rude it's atrocious you would think with all the crackheads and panhandling that you have to deal with just to get through the door that they would be nicer but their employees are rude and the prices have become way too high especially for bad service

Disappointing. Read the great reviews, tried the gizzards and catfish chunks. Over cooked and over seasoned. Could barely get half of it down. Fries were ok.

The food here is always excellent! Quick, hot, and pretty reasonable on the price! We always get extra fries because they’re so dang delicious! My boyfriend always gets the Philly cheesesteak.
My favorites are the tenders and the fried fish! Only thing that hasn’t been as good as I’d are the shrimp, they’re sometimes a little on the soggier side, but I think that’s on me for not getting to it fast enough.
