Consistently impresses me. We've been four times and Hyacinth has earned its spot in my top 5 favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities (which is NOT easy to do). It feels like a New York restaurant, upscale, unpretentious, inviting, and delicious. The fried olives and desserts are always fantastic. Each entree has been amazing! You have to go if you haven't been!
All the food ordered for 2 (fried olives, flatbread, watermelon salad, large bucatini pasta, and chicken marsala) was very good, smaller portions though. Just check the menu prices in advance of making a reservation so you know how much you’ll be spending.
Love this place! Our watermelon salad was fabulous and everything went from there. The servers are so knowledgeable. Never been disappointed! Shhhh... let's keep it a secret!
