Excellent food and excellent service. No question as to why they win awards. Treat yourself to the best in the area. I'm not big on a 5 star rating by I tip my cap to the people here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE…the food was severely plain with no flavor. the noodles were undercooked and hard. they tasted like rubber and were not aldente what so ever. i had to ask for salt and pepper after my FIRST bite of food. The food had overall a bitter taste and tasted like fish water. For the price of $23 i expected the food to taste good especially with all the good reviews. definitely disappointed and will not be coming back ever even if held at gunpoint.

Not sure how this place received 428 reviews and maintained a 4.5 star level, but all the plaques on the wall were from 2006, so that might explain things. This meal was a colossal turd from start to finish. We walked in the door and the hostesses told us we should take our time ordering because their kitchen was slammed, yet the restaurant was half empty and they appeared to have almost as many employees as customers. Not good. We asked to switch our reservations from the bar area to the dining room and the two, yes, two, hostesses had to have a conference with each other about how full the dining room was and how they would fit us in. The dining room started and remained half empty from when we were sat to when we left. Not sure how this created such a conundrum of where to fit us in.

Now let's get to the food..... The bread came out of a fridge, not an oven, served with a ramekin of premixed low quality balsamic and olive oil. That was the only option other than eating dry bread. We ordered a "full" salad which was 1 cup of spinach topped with a handful of dry cherries and 2 shavings of pecorino and 1 chip of speck...apparently for $19. We then each prefer a "full" pasta course. This ended up even worse than the salad. The portions were so tiny, like legitimately, maybe, 1 cup of pasta. No exaggeration here. For $26. I asked the waiter if we were mistakenly given half orders and he assured us they were full orders. I asked how these possibly constituted full orders and all he had to say was that he doesn't control the kitchen. Ok. Well, both pastas were very overcooked and mushy and one was so dry we had to drink water or wine with each bite to choke it down. We were never offered fresh pepper or fresh grated cheese and never offered more water. This place legitimately sucks. Hard. What a tremendous waste of money.

Oh and if you still were thinking about going anyway after this review and were ever thinking the ambiance befit wearing nicer clothes, you would be mistaken. Tshirts, Birkenstocks, baseball hats, and other ratty clothes were in abundance.

First visit and I wish I lived closer, but 600t miles is a little far. Trevor was our server. He claimed to be newer, but he was outstanding! Everything was delicious! there were 3 of us & we each had a different entrée plus an antipasto appetizer.
It was a relaxing evening and we sat outside. I HIGHLY recommed!!

We went here from a from referral. Its in a different location than you would think, its sort of tucked back near a residential community. The parking lot has a decent size and we went on a Friday night. It was not very packed. We made a reservation but we didn't need to. They also have a big deli /restaurant area on the other side that was closed when we go there. The 1s thing we noticed walking in was the front step was in much need of a repair and in the dark and in heels or dress shoes it was a concern. We were seated right away and the staff was awesome. Our server heather was very attentive and took time to explain all the menu options..best sellers and her personal favorites. We got a couple of drinks, we were told the wine selection was awesome but we don't drink wine. We had a peroni and lemon spritzer. We had to send the lemon spritzer back it was not drinkable. We got the gnocchi and the seasonal sweet corn ravioli. Both of these dishes were amazing. we also had the caprese salad which was very tasty also. They did bring us bead which I am not sure if it usually comes out cold but it was cold and did not add to the food experience. One thing that was a huge turn off with the meal was ...when our entree were presented we asked for more shredded cheese as the gnocchi had some but the ravioli did not. The server told us it would be extra...yes $3 dollars extra for a ramakin of shredded cheese on a $50 dollar per person meal. That is not equal quality if you ask us. The one detractor from this place is it has white glove prices but the decor was not that. The actual room decor and table settings did not meet that of the price and atmosphere they were going for. All and All we would for sure go back to try some other options as it was decent Italian option for MN. It for sure ranks in my 10 ten for this state.

Food was delicious, and we loved the ambiance! Most definitely would have put five stars, but there were some cons to our experience. First off I highlighted that it was my girlfriend and I anniversary when booking the reservation and they absolutely did nothing special for us, in fact the server didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert, just handed us the check. We ended up going somewhere else for dessert. Hats off to the chefs, mid experience with our service.

I’m hoping this was an off night. First it felt like the air con was off. No tablecloths. And the tables felt sticky. My friend and I ordered carpaccio which was fantastic. But this is where the food takes a turn. We had food on the table (crumbs etc) and one of the waiters first brushed the food on the table on to the floor. So now the floor has bread crumbs, Parmesan on the floor. Then used a smelly spray cleaner and cloth on the table while we were there. We then ordered a pasta dish to share which was mixed up in the kitchen. And Took quite sometime to get the right dish out to us. Then it had a very odd taste and found out the chef used soy sauce on the mushrooms. In an Italian restaurant??!! Couldn’t eat it. Over powering. And still charged. When we told the waiter he simply said “ don’t shoot the messenger”. ?‍♀️. Ugh. The vibe was so off tonight and was wide open in seating.
