Great food. The tonkotsu broth is great and my daughter loves the pork buns. Everything we've had here has been tasty. We visit Minneapolis once or twice a year and always eat at Ichiddo at least once per visit

Ichiddo Ramen in Highland Park offers a warm and satisfying dining experience with its flavorful, well-balanced broth and well cooked noodles. The service is friendly and efficient, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. In addition to ramen, the menu includes a variety of tasty appetizers like crispy spring rolls, pan-fried gyoza, and other small plates. It’s a great spot for comforting food and casual dining.

I love this place!! Better than Leeann Chin's for sure. Their char-siu donburi/rice bowl is amazing. Tried their chicken fried rice for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised, it's different from other restaurants and I like it. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.

We always love this place, as the food is delicious, the pricing is very reasonable and the service is friendly. Everything we have had here, whether it be the appetizers, ramen or donburi are all consistently good. Would recommend the tofu and pork soup dumplings for appetizers. They also make nice boba teas too, so you can have the whole experience.

The appetizers are so good, I've never actually had the ramen here! I've had some friends that have told me the ramen is top tier, so I feel comfortable with my 5 star assessment.

Very good food. The service is great as well. Nothing exciting about the atmosphere. It's not dirty. They just could do better than t-shirts on the wall.

In my honest opinion the atmosphere and staff were fantastic however we got the gyoza which tasted very similar to the frozen bibigo brand and the crispy chicken ramen had a very strong barn yard scent to the noodles the chicken and broth itself were fine but when the main portion of your food smells so strong and has such a musty taste it's hard to get over especially for the price sadly I don't think we will be returning

Ichiddo Ramen in Highland Park offers a solid dining experience. I had the unagi donburi rice bowl, and my husband got the char siu donburi. Both were flavorful, but I would have liked more meat since there was so much rice. My friend ordered edamame as an appetizer, and it was soft and good. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was friendly. Overall, a good spot for Japanese food, though I’d appreciate a better meat-to-rice balance.

The flavor is very good. Just one observation, add ingredients because my meal only had two shrimp, two squid and the rest was vegetables. I will return and I hope for a better experience.
