We went to Ishita for lunch and enjoyed it very much. The service was excellent. The food was very good. It exceeded my expectations. The food was delivered to the table hot and delicious. It was very eye appealing. Too often we've been disappointed with Japanese restaurants, but this one did not disappoint. My wife had ramen and I had donburi. We also had vegetable egg rolls as an appetizer. We definitely are coming to this restaurant again. Thanks to the very nice server...
I would not return. This is a Chinese version of Japanese ramen. I'm Chinese, but was looking for more authentic flavors.

Happy hour half price beer not really half price as menu says full price $5, but a separate small menu says actually $3.25. No glass cups for beer, just plastic. Can smell cleanser on first entering. Gyoza looks like pan fried dumplings, that remind me of Costco. Char siu ramen noodles did not taste like Japanese ramen...

This restaurant is good, authentic ramen. I've been to other well-reviewed ramen shops in TC only to be consistently disappointed by the excessive salt used to cover up quality and subtlety. This ramen shop, however, is much better balanced, which allows the individual to actually taste the flavors and the quality of the ingredients. I probably won't be going to any other ramen shop in TC going forward.
