This gas station, from the outside, looks like a normal establishment. The first thing you see is walking into the store. Broken ceiling tiles, rubbish on the self-service counters, and what always seems like extra stock lying about. The coffee is lukewarm, definitely not fresh. They have two bathrooms, but one of them is always out of order. The only thing this place has going for them are the fuel prices

I was a regular customer for many years. On 3/1/2016 the carwash ripped off my rear windshield wiper. I filled out a damage form and was told they would contact me. After numerous phone calls leaving messages for the management looking to be reimbursed I have received no response after more than a month. I wanted to share this information, so everybody is aware of the poor customer service practices of In N Out Markets.
