Cookies were delicious but I won’t return after I nearly got attacked by a homeless person laying in front. She confronted me and then threw a stick at me. It’s unfortunate because I like the food but it’s not safe to frequent here

Left is the deluxe and those are the best cookies for $5. Right is classic for $4. I haven't been here since early 20s and it is just as tasty as I remember, even if it's not in the middle of the night.
For my first time visiting Insomnia cookies, I was very disappointed with the price I had to pay for the size of cookie. The website markets the size of the cookies to be way bigger , Second, I paid $12.00 for 4 regular cookies! if I'm gonna pay $12.00 for anything, it better be worth it and the size better be up to par. This place is totally overhyped and I'm Sad to say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

I went there last night, Saturday 4/20 for the first time, as I usually frequent the Minneapolis location.It was1. Saturday night2. 4/203. You sent promotional discounts for 4/204. A country concert was just ending at the xcel (walking distance)And you had only the 2 regular staffing pattern? What kind of planning was that on the store managers end? Those poor kids were doing their best to handle the increased traffic, but they were out of cookies, had long lines and customers leaving not wanting to wait. They didn’t even know there was a concert. The store manager failed their employees this night and lost a ton of business because of it. Poor planning. Those kids deserve a bonus for being set up to daily Saturday night.

Ordered some cookies from Insomnia through doordash, the delivery driver from doordash ended up taking the cookies for themselves. Insomnia refunded me, made me a new order and delivered it themselves. They also apologized for what happened despite it being out of their control! Very much appreciated and of course the cookies are superb. Thanks Insomnia! I’ll be ordering from you guys a lot more often now for my cheat days :)
