This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the Twin Cities!! For the shear size to price ratio, this place is worth a visit. I personally love their phos, egg noodle soups, and spring rolls. Not only that, they serve food very fast and the quality never disappoints. If you haven't been here yet, add this to your list!
Parking: there are two lots: one small one on the side of Ipho and then a large one that's shared by multiple restaurants.
Wheelchair accessibility: there are no steps or inclines that you need to worry about, but the entryway has some tight turns that may be difficult for those on wheelchairs. The bathrooms are narrow as well, so that may also pose a challenge.

Got the fresh spring rolls - exquisitely fresh, indeed - and the mock duck banh mi with tea for two. My dining companion got the pho with tofu, which was served in an immense portion. It's really hard to find a vegetarian banh mi. This mock duck version was very good (needs Sriracha). The service was lightning fast and the atmosphere is lively.

Kids size Pho is more than enough for myself and people I've been with, usually having leftovers too. The only thing is they don't serve it on to go orders, only when dining in. That's okay with me and they've always given me a to go cup without issue anyway, if you have to have it but can't eat in. An old housemate showed me the place saying it had the best pho on a budget a couple years ago, and since then I have done the same. The only restaurant I've been this impressed by, they deserve a top rating 💯%

Our go-to spot for pho. Was quite suprised that the regular portion seems to be bigger during our recent visit. They are generous with their toppings and fillings. The pho itself is usually fantastic—tender meat, fresh herbs, and all the right flavors. The noodles are always perfect, too. However, I’ve noticed the broth can be a bit inconsistent. Some visits, it’s spot on, rich, and flavorful, but other times, it feels a bit more bland or not as well-seasoned. Despite that, we keep coming back.

What can I say. I've never been disappointed with this place. I'm a 2 times a month customer at this point. Their pho is delicious and you always get a healthy portion. If you leave hungry, either you're a competitive eater or you did something to upset the chefs in the back. Their appetizers hit the spot. Finally, they're very affordable.

Really tasty. Great banh mi (B4 - grilled meat sandwich), great pho (P4 - rare beef noodle soup), and great iced coffee. The vermicelli (D8 - vermicelli with grilled meat and spring rolls) was good too, I haven't had anything bad here!
