Went in to grab some subs for lunch for the family. The staff was very welcoming when I entered. The staff had great attitudes considering how busy it was. Jilisa gave good suggestions on some great subs. I will definitely be back to this location to get my subs!

Really expensive for what it was. Ordered online and both my sandwiches were made incorrectly (either omitting ingredients I added or putting on ones I removed). This was also at 8 at night with no customers in the store.

I won’t lie, I told Mike to make my sandwich his way. And when I say his way, I mean Mike did not hold back. I was absolutely humbled by the sheer confidence and quantity of mayonnaise applied. It was bold. It was daring. It was… honestly kind of impressive. Jokes aside, Mike clearly knows what he’s doing. The sandwich was great, the flavors worked, and the service was top-tier. Everyone behind the counter was smiling, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better. All in all, I walked out very pleased and very well-fed. Solid food, great customer service, and a memorable experience. I’d absolutely recommend this sub shop and maybe ask Mike to do his thing (If you want some sandwich with your mayo that is).

Spent $137 on a catering order and confirmed order via phone. Delivered 2 sandwiches of 14 even with receipt outlining order stapled to bag. Called and they acknowledged that rest of order was still at store and promised to get it to me which never happened. Called and called again…rang over 100 times. Had to drive to pick up despite 20% tip. Very, very poor customer service commitment.
