I normally have no problems walking into this place, but we ordered delivery (through the jersey mikes website) and they bagged the wrong order and sent it out via door dash.
Then when we called to get it corrected, they refused to give us our correct order because they “don’t have delivery drivers” We were refunded (pending, i haven’t gotten my money back), but left without food.
Our correct order was stapled to the wrong bag, which was not our driver’s fault, therefore there was nothing they could do.

Got the office lunch again from West St Paul - the workers were fun and snappy - fun to chat with during the order, the hot and cold subs were outstanding as always - so grateful to have this crew to help feed our tax team over and over - big shout out to Brian Risch and the team at Jersey Mikes !!!!!!

I was outside of jersey mikes for quite some time because my car had died, was out there for about a good two hours in the heat, i was overwhelmed and really stressed and dehydrated, i went inside to ask if i could just get water, he gave me two cups of water and saw how overwhelmed i was and everything he gave me another big cup of water, told me if i needed anything to let him know, he made my day so much better, made me realize everything is gonna be okay, thank you so much to that thoughtful man, really wish i got his name:/ we need more people like him!!!

The service here was AMAZING! The workers are so incredibly kind and beautiful. They’re so patient and caring! I was only in there for not even Ten minutes, but oh my they’re so kind!!! Wonderful people, Definitely coming back! Best service i’ve gotten in quite some time. I love it here! The food is so fresh and amazing, very reasonable prices too. They have Pepsi Products, as well as bottled options as well! Brownies and Cookies are amazing here, always so fresh and delicious! Their Mini cookies are the best. Stop by Jersey Mikes!

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure.
