Have been a customer for several years, just placed order today wed- a order about 15 min before closing ordered a mini #13 no sauce eat it next day - got home charged me for a 1/2 regular- more then I need but the subs are great!! Club member.

I was really surprised when the people were so nice. Seriously, everyone working there nice. The guy that made my son's giant sub said he needed to destroy it. My son and I thought that was pretty funny. Loved it. I will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegetarian, and it is nice to have that option without someone saying something stupid.

Parking: Easy right up front.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything looked acceptable

As someone who doesn't really come here, we didn't know there were different options of bread types. We were just given the Italian, and after we had gotten our food and sat down, we heard it being offered to the third or 4th guest behind us. They drowned one sandwich with more oil than needed, and one of the workers talked so fast. Almost every guest could not understand her when she asked, "Do you want it the Mike's way?".
