Jersey Mike's Subs

My wife and I take our lunch breaks together once a week. Scrolling through Facebook, I saw this post and realized I know that coach from Jersey Mike's; he's on the grill.
I don't know his name, but I want to give him a big shout-out to him for doing an outstanding job. What he and his team did for that family, they have been through a lot, watching and seeing from social media. God bless him.

I had a phenomenal experience as a first time customer. I always wanted to try Mikes Subs. I got the Philly cheese steak 🔥🔥All of the staff were overly enthusiastic with great vibes and wonderful customer service. I was greeted promptly as I walked in by Aaron who was very professional and with good energy. But not only that. Every single staff was top tier !! I live on the other side of town but I would literally make this my home store. Thanks for the great experience. Signed mother and baby boy Xo !

I got the club supreme and it was absolutely delicious and generous toppings! Staff was 11/10 this Saturday morning! So friendly and went above and beyond. I am Really happy and impressed!

Don't order online. When you pay almost $40 for 2 subs you expect them to get it right. That's why I go to Jersey Mike's. I don't want to have to unwrap them to check before I leave. I'm really disappointed in this JM. Soggy too like others have written.

I am highly disappointed in my experience from this Jersey Mikes. I have never once had to question an order, but when my door dasher handed me the bag of my two very expensive sandwiches (the order totaled more than 30 dollars), and it weighed less than a pound, I knew something was wrong. And I was completely correct- Do not order from this JM, you will get over soggy, tiny, under filled with meat and toppings, disgusting sandwiches at a their normal ridiculous price. I am so disappointed and will never be ordering from this location, and I worry for any future experiences at different locations as well.

Best Restaurant in St Paul!
It's Better to order in store, you will leave out feeling better then you came in. ALSO, Big SPORT FAN, recognize the man cutting the meat yesterday was on TV and seen him on Facebook For Coach Of The Year representing use here in Minnesota. Congratulation Coach Jackson and crew.

My experience was GREAT! I felt super welcomed and they seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. They treated all the customers behind me super well also.

I believe I recognized the manager from a location on University in Fridley…that said that store is also killer! Good job finding excellent folks to work at your shops!

I live across the street from this Jersey Mike's, so I come in semi frequently. I stopped in the other night for an Italian sandwich. The staff were fun, kind and conversational. When I ordered, I asked for everything (minus pepper jam) on my sandwich, and instantly I could see the fear in the sandwich slingers eyes. She admitted that it was only her second or third day. Regardless, I put my trust in her. I took my sandwich home to enjoy and let me tell you, this sandwich was WET and delicious, just the way I like it. She knocked it out of the park. Always a great experience visiting this store. Fantastic work all around.

Food and atmosphere is great. Night crew is cool but the morning crew always gives me and my daughter a great laugh! Aak for Aaron or Q! They are the BEST!!!!!!!!
